The same girls had a very bad attitude from the beginning. We were called in after 45 minutes. Arrived at 3:45 for a 4 pm appointment. We had all our paperwork filled out from online. The lady at the desk had an attitude and said we needed to fill out more paperwork. This is where it gets interesting... When we were called back, the Physicians Assistant tells us we have an appointment with HER. AND NOT THE DOCTOR. We were so shocked they played us. We showed her messages that were repeatedly sent from their office specifically saying that we were supposed to meet with DR SCOTT, Even on the same day at 2:30pm. They started apologizing and they tell us that the doctor is BACKED UP AND WE WOULD NOT SEE THE DOCTOR FOR 4 WEEKS.! We could not believe our ears. My child is so sick and they were treating us this way. Do not, I repeat do NOT come here if you need to see the doctor asap. They were so rude and when we asked why they were being rude. They told us to leave. They did not want to reply. They said to go see another doctor.

I had issues even scheduling an…read moreappointment here because the scheduling team originally scheduled my daughter to be seen by a PA, not a doctor which was what she needed, so they left me a voicemail saying they cancelled the appointment and when I called to reschedule, they said we had to schedule it for a month later even though we needed something sooner. Once we finally got an appointment with a doctor, the problems just kept adding on. We had an appointment to be seen at 11:30 AM, which was the only time they could get us in on short notice after their mess up. We waited in the waiting room for 1 hour, then in a patient room for 1 hour. Only for Dr. Harmon to come in for 2 minutes and say we need to have an ultrasound before we schedule a surgery that is clearly needed. She had her staff half ass an order form that was going to the radiology dept at the SAME LOCATION! Yet, the radiology office did not get the order form until I personally called both offices multiple times over 3 business days. The order form was not completed, so they had to call the PENTA office for them to complete it. From start to finish, this office has been an extreme waste of our time and money. I would have been upset to wait 2 hours to see a doctor for myself, let alone for my 13-month-old daughter who was already hungry and past her nap time. The professionalism in this office is so subpar, I have let multiple friends and family know to avoid this office. Other parents told us they have had similar issues with wait times at this CHOA location. The office manager said she's new and has been getting a lot of complaints about time management at the office. Hopefully she can resolve these issues. The whole experience is unacceptable and I refuse to take my child back to see Dr. Harmon because of this. Now, I have since seen a new doctor who confirmed that Dr. Harmon was wrong in her diagnosis of my child's condition. I had a feeling this was the case, and Dr. Harmon maybe would have given a better diagnosis had she spent more than 2 minutes looking over my daughter and talking to her parents.

I was recently diagnosed with a serious issue and Dr. Dan called me at home on a Sunday afternoon to go over my tests and answered all my questions. He promptly called in a rx for me to pick up. I probably would have ended up in the hospital if it was not for his quick response. I am forever grateful with the communication of the entire staff!

I had a medical problem and made an appointment on Thursday for the following week. It got worse on Saturday, so I went to the emergency room, was admitted to the hospital and missed the appointment. Now, they want to charge me for missing the appointment. I explained my situation to the front desk attendant. I got no follow-up. I called the business office. A machine answered the phone. They call you back. Hasn't happened yet. The customer service is terrible. They should be ashamed of the way they treat people. I don't recommend them.
