I thought the work was too much for one person to handle but Dwight continued slugging away for 13 hours and finished the work. The stones we had put on our front stairs were failing after 15 years and there were a number of bricks starting to break down on our over 40 years old house. Since we are a corner lot our home is exposed on 3 sides and a lot of snow, ice and rain damage occurs. I was very impressed by this very personable young man and the work ethics and diligence he showed. His professional attitude towards the work and his constant double checking the alignment of the stairs and bricks with levels assured me everything was being done of the highest quality.

He was initially contracted to do waterproofing as well as concrete work and stone veneering. After accepting the job, he called me asked for an upfront payment. The total job was quoted at around $9000 and he asked for $2250. I sent it to him that evening. Since then, he has not showed up to the site. After I asked him a few times to get my money back, he sent 20% back ($450). That was 4 weeks ago. When I explained to him that I would 1 star review his accounts he then told me that I would "not get my money back". He has also threatened physical violence against my GC and has ghosted for the last 3 weeks. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN IF YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR WORK.

By the time I realized it I had given him almost all of the money. His tarp broke my basement window which he said he would fix at his expense, that was never done. Continual calling to get the job done he never completed the job and took the money. Do not trust this guy Marc Roy (Lindsay) Ontario to do any stone work for you. Left my place with a broken windows junk scattered all around my yard, stonework halfway done and money gone!! I had to hire a new brick layer to complete the task and pay to have the trash removed from my property.
