Delivery was paid in cash and 3 days later Derek says he will get around to processing a refund on the credit card WHICH WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED tomorrow. Absolute BS. CC company says it may take up to 5 days to process the refund. Not his problem. Derek is a super nice guy, he just does not understand other people have deadlines and financial factors. I never knew he put my credit card at its limit such that it now shuts down my build for 8 days!

When I asked if HE was going to pay my labourers for sitting doing nothing, he advised me he was 'sorry it didn't work out'. Yeah right!
