The staff are experienced and friendly and my dogs and others I have seen, LOVE the ladies there, and actually pull on the lead towards the place! They are taken on proper walks, 3 times a day, and have so much attention, they are spoilt rotten! The "alternative" was flashy, new, modern and eerily devoid of woofs, but my dogs were returned to me in a dreadful state. I have always gone to Bungalow Farm, and not once have I returned from holiday feeling guilty that I had place them there. The ladies are lovely, and took the time to address my worries. The dogs have walks out and playtime and cuddles, they are kept clean and tidy, and always seem happy and content going in , and when being picked up. The Lady who runs Bungalow Farm spent years as a veterinary nurse, which helped put my mind at rest. Please support these kennels! They may look a little "rough and ready" but the care my boys have there is brilliant ! I will always book well in advance to avoid having to go anywhere else !!

He spent 3 weeks with Pampered Pets while I was out of the country. Here you will go to the reception and see the really friendly staff. They are very helpful on the phone and in person. They will lead you on a quick tour of the kennels so you know what your dog will housed in. They also give you options for giving you dog food and treats. Whether its wet or dry food and if they are allowed one chew per day etc. When entering the kennels it gets very loud as all the dogs bark hoping its their owners to take them home. The worst part about any kennel is seeing your dogs face upon closing the door and walking away. They also have reasonable prices too per day. All the dogs are let out for a run around every day aswell! A nice boarding kennel to leave your beloved pets whilst your away. I would recomend it.

As we had to stay away from home we had to use kennels and checked out several. We chose Grove Kennels as they appeared so professional and we could see how much they loved dogs. Although the kennels were really busy they made sure there was room for our dogs even though we could not be sure when we would be home to collect them. The dogs have stayed there twice since then and love being there. It is obvious when we see how they greet the staff that they are well treated. Unfortunately the last time we needed kennels The Grove Kennels were fully booked and we had to look for other kennels. This proved to be a disaster and we will never leave our dogs anywhere but the Grove from now on.
