I found this company through GMA deals and steals airing on March 19. They offered mini roses packaged with 5 types. When the box arrived, I found them to barely alive, with many brown leaves. I repotted them and several days later, found that the entire lot were infested with bugs. Needless to say, I had to discard them. Sent at least 3 emails requesting a refund. No response! Seems to me that they are too big for themselves and have no customer service at all. Don't waste your time on this company read more

I ordered the 3 piece sunblaze rose collection from QVC and was greatly disappointed when they arrived. Definitely false advertising. Two of the three were twigs. I planted and feed them by the directions. One plant didn't have a name tag. well, they did grow but didn't get the colors I wanted. I had two pinks and one orange. One was supposed to be red. I tried every way possible to get in touch with Cottage Farms with no luck. They were supposed to be warranted and if not satisfied would be replaced. Buyer beware! read more

I purchased two plants online and while one is lovely, the other arrived half-dead and damaged. Unfortunately, it's an expensive plant. This is so disappointing because I've wanted a "Hindu Rope" plant for years. Five stars for the plant that's alive, one for the dead one-- that averages out to three. They're also difficult to contact because they close at 4 pm either eastern or central time...and I'm in California. Really hoping they make this right, and if they do, I'll update my review. read more

Please do not waste your money ordering from this company. It is not worth it. I spent $84.00 on flowers and the first box came dying. I wrote asking for a refund and of course, they do not offer refunds, only replacement. I waited almost three weeks for the replacement boxes. Unfortunately, the second shipment was no better than the first. This is unacceptable and the customer service is definitely lacking. The first photos are of the ones I received from Cottage Farms. The second photos are the ones I bought the day after I received the Cottage Farm order. I paid $6.99 at a local, reputable garden center. read more

Ordered some Wisteria Vines from CFD. Received THREE sick and dying, poorly rooted cuttings. Contacted CFD to request a REFUND. They refused the REFUND. If you order from CFD. BEWARE! Very Poor Customer Service. CUTTINGS are very poorly done. These People are not educated on WHERE and HOW to make a viable cutting that will GROW and THRIVE. I placed an order in early may on Zulily. Both plants were dead on arrival. After two vendor review, I was told by Zulily that the plants are under warranty. An email in early July to Cottage Farms has not been answered. Waiting on one sent today, July 12. Next recourse is a report to the BBB. read more
