The customer service was great and my daughter's flower arrangement was beautiful and arrive on time :)

The flowers were delivered on time, but the order was incomplete--the balloon I paid for was missing. I contacted the shop and was offered a replacement, but it would have arrived two days too late to matter, so I requested a refund instead. I was told the refund would take 7 business days. It has now been 29 days with no refund, no update, and no response to my follow-up call. Mistakes happen, but not fixing them in a reasonable time frame and then not communicating at all is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this shop. read more

Had flowers delivered I never received any Delivery notification Call store before closing Person I spoke with could only tell me that they was delivered but could not tell me if they was delivered to an actual person only thing she was able to tell me is the Driver took a pic of them on porch.I was not happy with the delivery process. I have been using Flowerama for a ladies organization that I belong to. We require fresh flowers a couple of times a year and the ladies know exactly what we need and they never disappoint. For my birthday, my husband ordered an arrangement and it was BEAUTIFUL! It's still just as beautiful today as it was when I received it last Saturday-January 12. I work full time and flowerama was the only flower shop open when i got off work at 5pm. So nice to have a shop open after the regular day hours. I was abundantly pleased with the young ladies working, and their willingness to sell me flowers by the stem. I wanted something different for my sons prom date and they had a perfect mix. I will use them more often as they are the only place in Mobile that allowed me to see their whole selection and pick my own flowers. Props to them for later hours and a great selection. I ordered an arrangement of flowers through 1-800-flowers for my mother's 63rd birthday. The arrangement was prepared and delivered by Flowerama. My mother sent me a picture of the arrangement and I literally cried. It looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. NEVER in my 49 years of life have seen anything like this. I ordered from 1-800-Flowers so I could use a discount code, but it looks like the flowers I ordered came from Flowerama. My mother in law is a traveling nurse so every bday/mom's day/etc. is like rolling the dice because I always have to use a new florist, and I never know if the flowers I order will arrive like they look online. Ordered flowers from out-of-state for a funeral. I selected Heartfelt Sympathies White Standing Basket. Supposed to be "majestic". What I saw was not majestic and frankly quite embarrassing. The flowers that were sent did not resemble, what was ordered and was not a representation of "Heartfelt Sympathies". I recommend anytime you send flowers from out-of-state, have your family photograph what was delivered. read more

I ordered online and within ten minutes had a call that one item I ordered wasn't in stock due to Hurricane delays, so I was advised it would be handled and I certainly was not disappointed. The plant basket was a perfect combination of Mum and green plant. The standing spray was absolutely breathtaking. Vibrant mix of colors, fresh flowers and the spray was FULL! Disappointed. Flowers were ordered and paid for on February 12 for Valentine's Day. It's almost 8:30 pm on February 14 and no flowers. Called at 5:15 today and was assured they should be here "any minute". Over three hours later and still not here. Was told they had to deliver all the businesses first and then the residences. That would have been good to know on Tuesday when the flowers were ordered and paid for. Gave one star because I couldn't do less. Supposed to be a nice surprise for someone. It's a surprise alright. When a relative had unexpected surgery in Mobile, Flowerama was able to deliver beautiful arrangements to the Mobile Infirmary on a Sunday. The woman who took our order over the phone was very helpful. The patient loved the arrangements and described them as beautiful. Flowerama was excellent and extremely well priced. read more

Went by a few floral shops for my uncle's funeral earlier this month and got quotes for $175 for the casket arrangement, and $300 to $400 for the arrangement on the stand. Well.. we decided to check out Flowerama..and lord behold they were pretty much HALF to less than half on the stand arrangement and $50 less for the casket arrangement... so we decided to go with them. Now how it turned out! One arrangement sent by someone from another florist in town the day of the funeral was already wilting by that evening. SIX DAYS after my uncle's funeral.. the arrangement that was ordered for the service on the stand, AND another one from my parents did not show one bit of evidence of wilting. SIX DAYS for crying out loud! And yes, when my family was there, we got great service and never detected any annoyance from the staff as so many businesses have employees doing in this day and age. Will my family use Flowerama on Airport again.... oh geez... ya think! read more
