We thought the prices for the clothing was on the higher end for a thrift store but LuLu's was very well organized and clean. The changing area was large and decorated so cute! There are all kinds of hidden treasures all over the store.. from Christmas decorations to random household items and lots of furniture too. We did not make a purchase on this visit but not for lack of trying. I would definitely stop in again when we are in the area to peruse their wares.

I originally looked at a sterns and foster at another store they didn't have the one i was interested in. Reis said I think we have that mattress went back and checked and said yes we have that one. Walked in store greeted by another associate very friendly he notified Reis we were there. He was with another customer but very politely said I'll be with you shortly. They have Carolina Furniture concept marked mattresses in store. Reis encouraged me to try hybrid firm copper mattress no high pressure sale. My husband and I tried it couldn't believe how amazing it was and decided to go with that mattress. Has a great warranty. Good pricing. Was delivered in a week . Very nice Store friendly Reis was very good salesman. Had a few questions Customer service called back with answers and they were very friendly and Knowledgeable. After not hearing from them in a month I called them several times having to leave a message most of the time. After six weeks or more I was called and told they could give me the parts to fix it and would get it on the schedule. Well after several more weeks they called and said since I live 1 and a 1/2 hours away they couldn't come fix it so they could either give the parts to me to fix myself ( which I can't) or exchange it. And then I was told I'd have to pay to bring back the brand new damaged loveseat and pickup the new one. Like I said I had to pay someone to do that the first time and now I'm expected to pay again. This was their mistake not of my doing at all but I'm the one that's being penalized by these people. I told them let me talk to my wife and would call back and I did. Cynthia was on the other line as I was told and would immediately call me back to which it did not happen( as I expected) so I called them back after several hours and was told she went home for the day and would get back with me once again. I'm not holding my breath. I've been lied to to many times to count about getting back with me to handle this. I would never deal with these people again on anything at all. I'm getting ready to get the bank involved for fraud if not taken care of very soon.

We had found the right fit for what I needed and I was ready to make the purchases and I stated I did not want the warranty and he said the price would go up if I didn't purchase the warranty. I asked if could take some off the price and he instantly got up and said "I'm going to go see if I could help someone other customers." Every experience I have had there was good but he ruined me ever shopping there again. I have spent over 10k there in the last 5 years.
