Robert (ably supported by his son) fixed two gates that had not been working properly, assembled a chair, TV stand, and birdbath, got our old TV working properly again, affixed two large mirrors and a clock to the walls, and precisely measured, placed our pictures and artwork throughout our new home. He's intelligent, professional, super kind and understanding, and charges an acceptable amount. Mid December, I ordered and paid Ferguson in full for Dreamline shower doors that were "in stock."…read more By mid January, I was still receiving emails from the Ferguson sales rep that she had not received a tracking number yet, and she could not provide any information on delivery, even though I informed her numerous other vendors promised to have them in Asheville within 5 days. This was clearly not a supply chain issue. Therefore, I contacted Dreamline directly, and I discovered that the order had never been placed by Ferguson. It was only with the direct intervention and follow up from the manufacturer that I finally received the shower doors. Dreamline was fanastic to do business with, and their product is great too. However, I will never do business with Ferguson again.
