Called Cotten Services for a leak in my water line, also to install new furnace and air conditioner. Mr. Cotten was here the same day and fixed my leaking water line, within two days new furnace and air conditioner were installed. I had an awful experience with Cotten's HVAC service and strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services. They were unprofessional, showed up late, and didn't seem to know what they were doing. The technician left my system in worse condition than before, and I had to call someone else to fix the mess they made.
