They are staffed to handle busy times of the day, so no wasting time for staff to help or educate people. Their prices are very close to what you'd find online, so I don't bother ordering online. The place may be a bit hard to find if you've never been there before, but do yourself a favor and call them or google their location. You will not regret it and it will become your "go to" place for mods and E-liquids. It's super easy to sample every single flavor they offer for sale, so you'll never be disappointed. They are so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient! I love that you can try out the e-juice flavors before you buy, something that simply isn't an option if you order it online. They also have a great selection of mods, coils, juice, and everything else you'll need if you want to start (or continue) vaping. The prices are reasonable and the employees are never pushy with sales or pressure you to buy things you don't need. Lastly (and most importantly to me) I was a smoker for almost 2 decades and now I haven't had a cigarette in just over 3 years. I had tried a lot of methods to quit smoking and nothing worked until I tried vaping. In a lot of ways this place saved my life, or at least changed it drastically for the better. I still had one or two more hits in my old Vape so I ran to my car and gave the man my old Vape and told him I was not crazy he agreed that it was different but still did not do anything about it. The People are nice but the customer service sucks and I will not go here anymore and for it to be Indiana they tax like Cook County Illinois.
