However, it is a very good little store and people must know. Essence is tucked away on Miracle Mile, right next to the Crepe Maker. Just by looking at the window, you'd think that it's just another expensive boutique on The Mile that you can only afford a shoe. On the contrary, Essence carries the last est fashion at a very competitive price, especially for Miracle Mile. They only carry 1 of each S/M/L sizes per item, so it's first come first serve. Besides the clothes, they also carry a nice selection of shoes and accessories. You can walk out of the store in all new gear from head to toe. It's my addiction, I'm there at least once a week and walk out with at least two things ( I hate just buying one thing, it's like what's the point) and I hope you don't wear my size.

She never said hello to us, she never glanced over.. we stood in front of her at the register when we had questions and she wouldn't even look at us or offer to help, she just flat out ignored us and kept talking on the phone but in a whispering voice. We thought okay, let's browse a little more and give her time to say goodbye... But no, so again we tried standing in front of her at the register, said hi and excuse me and still nothing. Finally we said screw it and left and my friend said "you're very rude by the way"... but still no reply. If customers aren't worth their time, then they're not worth ours.... there are plenty of cute boutiques on the Mile now.

The dresses and tunics they had brought with them were absolutely beautiful! I couldn't resist, so I went up and started chatting with them. The sisters are super charming, and very sweet. They told me about how they got their business started, apparently after traveling extensively through the Caribbean, they noticed the lack of stores that sold resort and beach couture, so they decided to start importing and selling it themselves. I met them when they were just doing small shows here and there, and today, after very much deserved recognition, they run an amazing on-line boutique! When I was looking through the items, I noticed this beautiful long dress, but it was an XS and I thought to myself "there's not way in hell I'm fitting into this". Lynne encouraged me to try it on regardless, she assured me that it was going to look beautiful on me, and lo and behold it did. In other occasions though, they've known when to recommend larger sizes because the item ran too small. This is what I love about them, they know how insecure women can be so they're super personable and helpful and really want you to look and feel your best. When I can't make it to one of their shows, I shoot them an email and they welcome me into their apartment, where they have the latest styles, and its truly one of the best experiences ever, super comfortable, one-on-one shopping...there's no better customer service!! Trust me when I say I'm definitely not a girly-girl, but when it comes to Nic del Mar, I allow myself to be. The store has a mix of current items and past season. Newer shoes are 15% below retail. The older an item is, the more reduced it is. But, don't expect to buy a $450 paid of Tods for $150. The least I have seen any $450 shoe here is perhaps $300. I just love Tods driving Mocs for their soft, buttery leather. I currently own 9 pair. Yesterday was the first visit where they didn't have my size in either of the two Gommino driving shoes I selected. They located a pair in New York, but, I didn't order as I wasn't 100% sure they would fit (newest line runs a bit smaller). This is one of my "must visit" shops in Sawgrass Mills Mall.

Everything was boring and not to my liking or overpriced for the quality. At Miro's,There is something unique for every occasion. They had the most beautiful formal dresses, cocktail dresses, and casual dresses. They have both high end designers and the more affordable designers. I couldn't stop picking out dresses to try on. They also had amazing accessories, and clutches. The quality on everything was very impressive.
