This Macy's location and I go way back. Always great sales here. After visiting recently, I can say…read morethis is still one of my favorite locations although I don't get to visit as much anymore. Bath towels from the Hotel Collection line were on sale for $3-$5 a pop! Major deal! The sales rep who assisted was so nice and chatty too! I visited the shoe department and while it was okay nothing compares to Herald square's. I also noticed a Toys 'R' Us inside this Macy's location on level 3. When did Toys 'R' Us become part of Macy's? Very cook to see this toy store back on the map. On the way out of the store, the buzzer went off (how annoying lol) but a salesman in the men's department was quick to offer assistance to get it cleared. I love this location! I looked into the line, the brand started in Dublin Ireland. Their website states they will become a circular, more sustainable business. That's wonderful! I want gym socks... I'm not finding anything in the men's section, my wife found something cute for my daughter in law. We go to check out and "I'm" the cashier? Me. When does a store's poor management cause customers to make unneeded purchases? The plot thickens....as I walked around the mall I saw many people with paper primark bags.. In lake Grove the employee Kim was amazing I would come back to Vans all the time. Kim was so helpful. I've never had that in a store before and then from there we had to go to Roosevelt Field Mall Vans to get sneakers that were being held for us and we met Tom, Tom was amazing. Those are the two employees that need a lot of praise. All employees should be like Kim and Tom.

Hollister is not generally a store i would ever step foot in, But you do what you gotta do sometimes. I walked and and right away was greeted by a young lady welcoming me to the store and asking if i needed any help. Since i have no clue about girls cloths i needed lots of help!!!!!!! She brought me over to the rack with the shirts i needed and helped me find the correct size which was very nice of her. Everything was 50% off and then my wife emailed me a coupon for another 25% off. Overall store experience was very good. workers were great above and beyond. The only thing that bothered me in the store was that the music was blasting pretty loud, And it was annoying.

I love the cloth, the people are pretty helpful and the store is organized but wow the dressing…read morerooms are filthy! There was a layer of dust on the floor and the walls were gross too and the lights were absolutely disgusting. They really need to clean them! To pay almost $100 for a pair of jeans to try them on in a dressing room that is dirtier than any dressing room I've ever been in.
