Tried to return pants to this H&M that I bought online and it was a few days past 30 days, the manager was rude and cut me off when I was speaking repeatedly saying "nope, nope, nope,nope" I was willing to exchange for a different size or get another in store item as they still had the tags on them but she was unwilling to do anything. Almost $100 waisted in this economy not willing to help me at all. The blonde hair woman was a Joke and will cost you many more customers. I had a very frustrating experience with H&M regarding a return. I knew I had missed the return deadline by a couple of days because I had been sick and there was also a snowstorm, but I went to the store hoping they might be willing to make an exception or at least offer store credit. When I tried to explain the situation, the manager refused the return and didn't even take the time to listen to what I was saying. I then spent several days emailing customer service hoping they could help, only to be told that nothing could be done and that the decision was entirely up to the store manager. It was extremely disappointing to spend so much time trying to resolve the issue only to feel completely dismissed as a customer. read more

I've been shopping at H&M for years now. Clothing is normally fairly affordable and fashionable with a decent size range. I don't know if it's just what is left from the holidays. There was a ton of clothing on the racks but all were in sizes XS to S. Prices have also risen quite a bit but I don't blame the store for that read more

H&M have really lost their quality. The stuff is still cute, but it's SO thin! We bought a winter jacket for our daughter that was as them as a shirt! We obviously returned it otherwise she would freeze this winter. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. read more

The lines were ridiculous. I waited online for 25 minutes and they were only two cashiers. The manager of the store keep coming up to the front of the store looking at the long line and then walking away. There are plenty of other associates there who are able to help even if we're just for five minutes. I was very frustrated as I needed an outfit for today and I could not wait and go somewhere else. Semi sized H&M, not too big but not too small. I've been in some that were so small, I couldn't find anything at all I liked. This one is clean and spread out. For some reason, they never really have my size in what I want, but maybe I just have a popular size. read more

The disrespect from the little fuck behind the register was worthy of termination. As I waited in line he advised another employee to "start telling the shoppers to get the hell out we are closing"... mind you it's 9:10pm and they close at 9:30... After my purchase I advised him the shirt I got was on sale and he charged me full price. He corrected it once I spoke up. After I paid he pushed my items toward me. I told him "what am I supposed to do with this, where's my bag?" He then told me .05 cents, I gave him a quarter in which he then gave me 1 bag. I advised him he was short a couple of bags since I now wanted my full quarters worth. He then gave me 3 more bags before u told him he was short a bag since 5 bags at 5 cents is the quarter u gave him. As I was leaving I saw the manager in which I told her he needs to be retrained or this wasn't a job for him. She didn't appear to give 2 shits about it. Two days in a row I went to this store and both times the employees were rude. The first day the cashier ringing me up completely ignored me when i said hello to him and continued a conversation with the girl next to him talking about the customer before me saying "i hate when people tell me how to do my job" among other things while putting my items in the bag without removing the security device. I did not notice this until alarms blared on my way out of the store which prompted a GOOD employee to nicely remove them for me. The next day I went with my younger sister to return items and the same employee told us to get on another line which we assumed meant he clocked out but he took another customer who walked up to him. I was never rude to him and never said anything to prompt him to be rude. I was made very uncomfortable which is a shame because I love this store. read more

I felt very unwelcome here from the first step I took in this store. Staff seemed snobby and cold. They brush by you or watch every move you make then from a distance as if your an intruder. The people almost act self-righteous. When I said "excuse me?" One of the women turned around with a bothered expression and said "uh huh?" I continued with "I'm looking for brown boots..." Then she cut me off and said boots are over there "points" and walks away as I begin to thank her. I walked out empty handed. Heh... I definitely wouldn't come here without some support. read more

Not really sure why this place has only 3 stars, it's one of my favorite stores by far! I hate logos, brands, etc. I like how a lot of these shirts are higher quality, but don't show logos and such. The quality of the clothing here is really nice. Shirts range $10-$20 but look like they cost much more. The people who work here are always helpful. But for the most part I already know what I want and get what I want when coming here. Would recommend read more

bad experience today as I went to buy my daughter some clothes I received a really bad vibe the minute I go into the store. the staff are stuck up and disrespectful, seriously as if they are like on a salary making 70 thousand a year or something give me a break. I ask for help in finding a size and this girl gives me a look as if she's got better thing s to do and tells me the clothes are labeled. i didn't shop i took my business else where. far most nasty store hopefully the company shuts them down and re launches that store with a more educated and appropriate staff who understand they are working a retail job and treat there customers with respect. most importantly it would be nice if they lose that nasty stuck up attitude i mean for real your folding clothes for a living you think they be more humble. read more
