First time shopping at Windsor this Saturday, usually shop online for cute clothes but my friend told me about this place so I had to try it. Walked in and was greeted by the store manager Christine immediately. She helped me figure out what outfits to put together and offered to set up a fitting room for me. She kept checking on me to see if I needed any help and really made me feel appreciated. I had just given birth 2 months ago and I felt comfortable enough to trust Christine with all her suggestions. It's so nice to see someone so dedicated in their position and to still see that there really are people out there who genuinely care! Everyone needs a Christine. I went to the mall to look for a fancy dress and walked everywhere. As I was about to give up, I saw Windsor and a beautiful dress on display. I went inside and received the best service a customer can get especially a certain staff named Lala. She was wonderful at helping me pick a gorgeous dress for a birthday celebration and other things for myself. She gave me her honest opinion about everything and I couldn't ask for more. the other day I walked into Windsor at smith heaven mall for the first time looking for nothing special at all, one of the most sweetest girls who work there named Lala offered me so much help, as i looked around the store as it was properly presented & very clean, i found multiple outfits & even was able to try them on in a clean fitting room. Krista and Maria picked out shoes and a neckless, I walked out with so much clothes for such a great price, i appreciate having such a phenomenal shopping experience here. Went in not knowing what to expect never been before... when I walked in I was greeted by an associate named Mary who let me know they had some great new arrivals and there was a 7$ sale rack in the back of the store also ..another associate I'm unsure of her name also let me know if I signed up for email to make sure I give my birthday for a birthday coupon. My friend and I were there yesterday. It was our first time. The store is clean with beautiful clothes and accessories! The lighting was perfect when we were trying on dresses. My friend bought a beautiful black sequin cocktail dress and I purchased a beautiful gold purse. I can't wait to shop there again for weekend or everyday clothes!
