You know it's bad when you have to pin your return policy as the first post on your Facebook page and disable/hide all comments. This place is a scam. As others have noted, they are incredibly liberal with what they deem as "damaged" and what they'll reject in their return policy. I ordered two sizes of a dress. I had the dress on no longer than to gauge between the two sizes that I ordered. I tried to return the dress and they said it had an "odor" and rejected the return. There is no way this had any more odor on it than what happens when you try on something when you're physically in the store. They embellished the "damage" by saying they let it air out and the odor was still there; an outright lie as this was on my body for 30 seconds. To add insult to injury, you have to pay for shipping both ways. So when I do resell this item, I will come nowhere near breaking even. Check Poshmark or do a Google image search on the item of clothing you want. It's the same stuff that other boutiques carry and hopefully you'll find somewhere that's a much more reputable company to give your money to.
