I have been treated rudely and brushed off  lately by Mid-South staff members and Management. I will reference (______)  Mrs.______ and Mrs. ____ at the Hartley Bridge road branch,  Mrs._______ at the Mercer University branch has also brushed me off and been unwilling to assist me. All officers that I have spoken to on Mercer University are always friendly and helpful. I have banked here since I began working at my current job which was 35 years ago. I started with a savings account and then later started a checking account with them with no fees. No bank now has fees but at that time no fees was cutting edge!
