Before they could replace my unit Dwayne called to check on my husband and me due to the heat. He helped me keep the house cool enough until they could replace the unit. They were the 2nd ones to check it . The 1st company charged me over $850. and told me it was repaired. It wasn't, after $850. They decided I needed a new unit. I did get a new unit at a lower cost. It was no problem for William, and ultimately the cost was less than I had been quoted. Both Colt and William were professional and courteous, timely, and did exactly what I asked for. That should have been covered under warranty. They also charge for after hours on Saturday afternoon. We also were looking for a new install and they were doubled the price of anyone else in Tifton.
