Starting with his knowledge and skill as a dentist, which my husband describes with praise as "very precise". My late brother was a dentist and I know how difficult a profession it can be for patient interactions, dental artistry and science and running the business elements of a practice and it all has been great here for us to date. Since I read patient reviews before choosing this practice, I thought I'd contribute to the "literature" in the event it helps others decide. THE HYGIENISTS & SCREENING: For dental care of cleanings, the hygienists for both of us do stellar work. That they are such nice women is the icing on the cake. The technology used is state of the art. We feel really confident that the right screening is being done to keep our dental health in top form. THE DENTIST: In addition to being a skilled dentist, Dr. Larson is a nice man who communicates with patients really well to discuss issues and make recommendations. I so appreciated that for a recent dental emergency for me he was available on short notice, fitting me in at the start of the office lunch hour closure, and referred me out to the specialist needed and then even called me at home after hours that evening to discuss the path forward based on specialist review who then referred me to a surgeon. He made recommendations for my husband for discretionary dental work to improve the look of his teeth and it made a big difference for a pretty small investment. He replaced a crown for me and created one for my husband. We trust him to make the right recommendations and do great work. As example of above and beyond, after my hubby had a panorama x-ray done by dental assistant given our previous dentist hadn't done one for five years, Dr. Larson called him to say he was concerned about something he saw in sinus as captured on the XRay. Unknown to Dr. Larson at the time, my husband has been followed semi-annually by ENT for sinus disease following surgery a decade ago and timing was perfect for his ENT follow up the following week to which he took this XRay copy. This is an example of Dr. Larson "looking up" and looking out for his patients. THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF: I see some negative comments on Yelp about the office staff here. Our experience has been 5-star and then some worthy at every step. From making appointments to billing accuracy to great communication skills. And as example of going the extra mile, I left a message during a holiday closure about needing to make an appointment to see Dr. Larson for something he recommended follow up on after my dental surgery. It was not an emergency and I knew the office was closed for several days so I didn't expect to hear from the scheduler until after they reopened. To my surprise, she called me the next day to say she was checking voicemail and knowing what it was I needed to come in for she wanted to get me on the schedule. Very nice, that extra mile. ACCESSIBILITY: I have had multiple sclerosis since college days and at this point several decades into disease progression I need to consider ADA compliance at a dental office to know if I can be a patient there. Even 32 years after ADA you would be astounded how many dental offices are not accessible and that factors in for me in making my choice. For this office there is accessible parking in the lot, a clear path of travel to and through the door. But the exam rooms used for me now would not be possible to access for a wheelchair user due to tight entry into them and space inside. I am on the path to being one of those dental patients who uses a wheelchair and I'm looking forward to seeing how this practice works that out for access...looks like there is a big enough room at the front of the office. I share that here for other people with disabilities who might need to know in their selection of dentist.

She was complaining of some discomfort few days ago but due to her previous dental experiences, she might have endured the tooth ache longer than I could've realized. She's really scared of dentists and she was very nervous coming here today that I made a deal with her that she could play her iPad music (with her cute pink headphones on) if she agrees to see the dentist. Location was easy to find and I was really impressed how clean the place was when we visited today. Staff members were all polite, helpful and respectful. I don't know anything about dental equipment but everything looked nice, modern, and clean. There is also a refreshment area which I thought was pretty cool (I made a nice cup of coffee during the short wait). I think the price was very reasonable considering they did clean my daughter's teeth, and Dr. Baird was able to persuade my nervous daughter to pull that stubborn baby tooth. What a relief! I knew my daughter will most likely just tolerate/ignore the discomfort because she's very scared of dental work but Dr. Baird was genuine and thoughtful that my daughter agreed to have the tooth pulled today. I am quite surprised that there has been no other previous review from this clinic so after our visit today, I decided to write this one review because I think everybody at the clinic truly rocked, and I appreciate how warmly they treated my daughter and I. We also scheduled a follow-up visit for her in 6 months, so I do plan to go back there and would highly recommend this place especially among parents who have little ones scared of going to the dentist.

(I saw the tooth after it was pulled) Anyway it came out so easily I was charged for a simple extraction instead of a difficult one. The dentist is so nice and he talks with you before you go in for whatever you are having done. Now this may be only on the first visit, but I have never had that happen before. I needed a tooth extraction due to a hole in the tooth and they worked with me and my insurance to get me in asap. The procedure went smoothly with minimal discomfort. Dr. Fry explained every step. What a long road this has been! I started looking to have implants done a little over 6 years ago…read more In that time I probably visited over 40 dentists!! Every time I felt like I was speaking to a used car salesman who really didn't care about me, but how much money they could extract from my pocket. I'm a realist, I know implants are expensive; however, I wanted a fair value for what I was spending. I happened upon Smile Now the beginning of this year and I am blessed that I did. They offered a state-of-the-art procedure at a fair, market price. One of the top points on my list was that I wanted a price "all inclusive" for the procedure. Amazingly enough, of the 40 dentists I visited, they were the first to offer this. Second, most were offering an arch on 2 implants, they do an arch on 5 or more. I often wondered how 2 implants could even support an arch when trying to eat. The physics don't add up. My smile not only looks great, but I feel as if I could literally chew steel if needed. Dr. Caleb and Dr. Ryan are very professional and personable. If I could picture in my mind what I wanted in a dentist(s) they are that. Their professionalism and attitude transcends to their staff. They have a great group. In closing, I couldn't be happier with my decision. When I got home and reflected on this 7 year journey I have been on I nearly cried. To experience so much frustration and to end up with what I feel is the best result I could have achieved....priceless. I had a change in dental coverage, which forced me to move my dental care to another dentist…read more Eagle smiles, provides HMO type dentistry, which my new plan requires. I've had one visit and the people were very friendly. The front desk and getting checked in was a very good experience and she was quite lovely. I felt I got good care although I felt I did need to advocate for myself on a few minor things. I didn't want them polishing my teeth before the hygienist had completed her scaling. It is not a good practice to polish teeth before all the plaque has been removed. They have quite a few staff members that do different things. They have two hygienist and then they have assistance that do the polishing. You can request having one person do the scaling and the polishing, but they can only accommodate that on certain days due to the lack of staffing?? So for my next visit, I will have one person do it all. They were quite accommodating. I think I'm scheduled with a different dentist for my next visit. I think I will see her and see how I like her. She is newer in her career, but I feel I might like to give her a shot. The jury is still out for me. I'll update in 6 months.
