I asked for a quote from Mr. Garza, and he responded promptly. Mr. Garza and his team came over the same afternoon. I explained that I needed removal of tree limbs, debris, and miscellaneous items, and the lawn mowed. I have a huge backyard, and it is a complete disaster area because my husband has been in and out of the hospital during the last year, so I haven't had a chance to work in the yard at all. Mr. Garza was extremely understanding, and he and his team began working on my yard without hesitation. Since my yard was in such a mess, it will take several days to complete the job. They did an ok job in our backyard. I had to clean up the grass they cut off of the cement areas which was not horrible. However, they cut down some branches off of our palm trees and agreed to take them with them. Initially they tried to charge us extra after we agreed on said price. Afterwards, they told us they would come back to get them and never did. Left the branches in front of our house in hopes that the garbage truck would take them but they didn't. Now we had to do it ourselves after paying them to do so! Never again!!! Oh and we called and left a voicemail to follow up and we heard nothing from them! read more
