Used it max 6 times. They would not warranty it saying that the air filter was dirty and it caused it to blow a hole through the engine. They want almost $3000 to repair. Absolutely insane. My husband cleaned the mower after every mow. They do not work for the customer at all. The idea that a dirty air filter could blow a hole through the engine is ridiculous. (the filter was only a little dusty not plugged. You can still see the white pleats). They only want to charge you. It is a total rip off. The mileage led went out last year and they told us we could leave it there for a few months because the parts were on back order. So we told them next time. So now it's next time (still under warranty) and they are saying we denied service. Hello they didn't have the part, not to mention they are an hour away and we have to tow the mower there each time. They have no concept of customer service Their idea of customer service is to not honor the warranty and give you an estimate for more than half of what it would cost to buy a new mower. I hope John Deere takes care of their customers because united Ag and Turf in Taylor does not. Oh and they just sent this "We are going to go further in as well. It will take some time as we must disassemble the engine." Like I trust them?

Arriving around noonish I expected a long wait to order stain. I was met, at the paint area, by a very friendly and competent woman. Since I was matching the color that my neighbor used she quickly located the correct stain and provided guidance regarding how much stain I needed. She also opened one of the cans to ensure that it was the right color (the had to add tint). Less than 15 minutes later I was checking out and on my way to lunch. Even though Lowes is closer to my home driving to this HD is AOK as H Mart and their food court is right next door.

I have gone to other places recently and they have told me that it would take them three weeks just to look at my items I called here and was seen the same day. I had to get my chainsaw serviced because the chain slipped off and I even was missing a bolt when I brought it in. They went and got me a bolt and fixed my chain for me and now I am back in action. It looks like you can bring everything here except for automobiles and that is a wide range. I know that you will get good service as I did and now you and I get to enjoy a great repair shop together.
