Called him on a Wed & he promised to come that Fri to get the key made for my car which I lost the only key for. On Fri I called him & he said that he now had to order the key needed. It was annoying but not a big deal until I realized that I can no longer start my car with the remote start because my car is registering a key inside the ignition.
