If you have a wheelchair or cane they do not care they can help. Avail stays in the Hamilton county area. To some that is a short coming but your wait time is shorter on pick up if you have to wait at all to go back home. At the time of scheduling I asked about the fare to which I was told Jenna would call me. She never called. The day prior to our doctor's appointment to change the first of three casts of wife's foot, I called to confirm the appt and was told they would be there. Again I was told Jenna (who must be the owner) was going to call me about the cost. Again, she never did. The day of the appt we waited for pickup and I finally called and left a message. The driver called back to say they couldn't do the transport. The driver said Jenna was supposed to call and let me know they couldn't do the transport. Of course she didn't call. I then was going to attempt to take my wife myself and discovered my car battery was dead. This has got to be the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.
