My goodness, I forgot all about the competition across town at first bite. My crawfish claws and tails were SO fresh and tender I could easily crack it or pull out the meat and suck the umami juices. I am a very hard worker even though I am disabled and loved my job and the customers. Unfortunately this is a very shady place run by very shady people.
