It's a cute place, very clean & organized. I've had waxes by both Kim & Simone & go once a month. They're both do a great job & very nice & I never felt uncomfortable. I was super nervous and told the hairstylist that I have a lot of anxiety around getting my hair done because last time I went, the hairstylist cut it way too short. I was explicit that I wanted my hair to stay long and just needed to trim the dry ends and maybe add some layers. Here's the sample photo I showed her, and this is what she gave me. I told her pretty much right away that it was too short, but it was too late at that point and it needed to be evened out. I get married in two months and have to completely change the hairstyle I envisioned for my wedding day now. Hairstylist told me multiple times that "hair grows back" which is the last thing you want to hear from your hairdresser. She gave me zero layers, when I reminded her I wanted layers she said she'd text me and let me come back another time for free to add them in but she never texted me. I'm not dropping her name because she's young and starting her career, but I am absolutely devastated by this. My hair was so special to me and with my wedding coming up so soon this is truly a nightmare. I was charged the full amount for the haircut even though she knew I wasn't happy.
