The employees are extremely unapproachable. I can be standing next to the chicks for a very long…read moretime and no one will offer to help, if someone else brings them over they leave in a hurry before I can ask for anything too, like they don't want to help people. I don't understand how to get to where they keep fences and posts and water troughs. It needs to be more clear. Also they need to make it clear if they have large bales of hay and not just the compressed ones. Everything in the store is all over the place. Tools are spread out in at least three different locations. Who knows where a lot of things are. The organizations they let sell in front of their store are pushy and unpleasant to deal with. If someone wants to look at your stuff, they will, if they're trying to walk past and get on with whatever they need to get done, leave them alone, they're probably trying to get work done, and certainly aren't going to buy just because you decided to be pushy. Better yet, don't let these annoying organizations set up in front of the store at all! They make people NOT want to come back. If I see these things set up I drive away now, every time. There are other stores I can give my money to. Would rather go to any other farm place.
