Carlton out did himself! Talk about great service! You don't get this type of personalized, terrific service in most of the stores, even the elite stores, in DFW. AND the four bookshelves that I ordered that were delivered in days, by very personable and very professional men who took extra care to not bring in a spec of mud on a very wet day, are beautifully made. There is special detailing on the edges that I could not even see on the 1 inch picture. Granted, I was hesitant to buy for an itty bitty picture, but it was Carlton's assurance and guarantee to take it back if I did not like them that convinced me to go ahead. So very glad I did. He willingly agreed to give me corporate telephone number or email address but said Jason is district or regional manager but he refused to give me Jason email address nor telephone number to reach Jason. He never offered to have Jason call me. He went to the back to get contact information for corporate and store email and left me standing at the front of the store at least 10 minutes and no update. I am very disappointed with my visit and Ashley behavior and unprofessional. I was so insulted, belittled and embarrassed. I did decline my purchase and ask the cashier to void my purchase.
