Their coffee is some of the best around, and they've got a great variety of drinks that are both creative and consistently delicious. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or trying one of their specialty drinks, everything is made fresh and tastes amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and exactly what you'd hope for from a hometown coffee shop. I've seen a few negative reviews, but my experiences have been completely different. Mistakes can happen anywhere, especially when custom coffee orders are involved, and clear communication goes both ways. What stands out to me is the effort this team puts into their work every single day. They work hard, stay busy, and still manage to provide friendly service and excellent drinks. Small businesses deserve our support, especially when they consistently deliver a great product and treat their customers well. I'll happily continue coming here and recommending this coffee shop to friends and family. It had no espresso and no cold foam, even though the menu lists cold foam as part of the drink. We went back hoping they would simply remake it correctly, but instead we were met with some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Rather than apologizing or trying to make it right, the baristas insisted my husband "didn't say dirty" and then told us we had to specifically ask for the cold foam, even though it's advertised as being included. To top it off, they charged us an additional $3+ for the cold foam and 1 shot of espresso. A drink that was already around $7 ended up costing over $10 just to receive what the menu originally described. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What I don't understand is the lack of accountability and the unwillingness to provide good customer service. A simple apology and a willingness to fix the mistake would have gone a long way. I wanted to support, but after this experience, I won't be back.

Also nice that they carry quality flower. That is all located in the back. The front has offerings of coffee, tea, refreshers, shakes, and smoothies. I ordered the Pineapple Express refresher and added blue lotus mushrooms and delta 9. It tasted amazing. You can also add kava to your drinks as well! Would love to go back maybe earlier in the day next time and try their Rose Gold coffee. It sounded amazing!

Free water and bottomless coffee refill in the corner. They sell balms, stickers, clothes, and more. Prices are a little steep, especially with a farmers market across the street, but options are always a good thing. I ordered a large latte. The menu states flavors are an extra .50 in the menu book, but I was charged $1. (Just an observation that the prices may not be correct on yeh menu book) They ask for tips, but I wouldn't. They don't clean up, you take your cups and plates to the trash area. We ordered the tacos. It did take 25 minutes to get it and it was not busy. Our coffee was ready pretty quickly. I presume (wild guess) that the food fixer dude is not good with multi tasking, or his desire to serve is lacking. Anyways, the serving size was good! The tacos were warm on top, but the eggs were cold on bottom. Plus they really had no flavor. My latte was warm at best and the coffee was not strong? I would suggest switching brands. The hot cocoa my husband got WAS delicious and stayed hot in the travel cup... so maybe that would help in the latte arena. The coffee server was by far very friendly. Thank you for Truly not being ugly, just an honest review. If I come back will try a coffee and a food item to see if it improved.

When I arrived, she asked "what can I get started for you." My answer was, "I would like 2 medium Caramelicious blenders with whipped topping." Her reply was, "you said sugar free mocha?" My reply was, "no, that's not what I said, were you even listening?" Her next reply was rude and disrespectful, "Excuse you?" This did not sit well with me, it made me upset. I don't believe that I said anything wrong by asking if she was listening. Literally her role at that point was to listen to the order, which she apparently didn't. After the "excuse you" remark, she stated, "Well I heard mocha." I then repeated the order slowly and deliberately "2 medium carmelicious blenders with whipped topping" pausing briefly between each word to be sure that what I stated was clear. She then said that I didn't have to be rude. Not that I need to say it, but I will not return to that location, even though it is the closest location to my home.
