What a cozy local coffee shop! I ventured out early last…read moreweek for a coffee and found Country Charm Coffee. I ordered an iced Americano and vanilla latte. Both were fresh and caffeine hit the spot! Both my husband and I noticed after we had been on the go all morning! Next time we will try other drinks and maybe something off their food menu.

They were open on this bright sunny morning. It is a modern small coffee shop, capable making just about any coffee concoction that you could want. The very friendly owners were managing the counter this morning. I had an Americano with a shot of cream. My wife had some kind of white mocha or something. Great tasting coffee, fair prices, fast service. They also have a few pastries, scones, and monstrous sized cookies. The name of the shop "Country Charm Coffee" is a little deceiving. There were no farm tools, saddles, or horse collars, hanging on the wall. No road signs, flour sacks, pickle barrels, or even a vintage oil company sign. It's modern city décor. There was a piece of barn tin decorating the counter. That will work. And written on the wall, "Welcome Y'all!" "Charm?" I really don't have the skill set needed to properly assess charm. I'll stick with friendly. I know what friendly is. Lastly, no drive through. I hate drive throughs anyway. I like to go in, meet the folks running the place, and see what the operation looks like. So, get out of the car, stretch, only a few steps to the front door. Call it a workout. Counts as 4 calories. After a workout like that, you earned whipped cream on your drink. The shop is one mile east of US-75 on the north side of W. White Street. Skip Buc-ee's coffee in Melissa and support this local business.

You can tell the owner and the baristas genuinely care about what they do and take pride in serving the community. Their coffee is some of the best around, and they've got a great variety of drinks that are both creative and consistently delicious. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or trying one of their specialty drinks, everything is made fresh and tastes amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and exactly what you'd hope for from a hometown coffee shop. I've seen a few negative reviews, but my experiences have been completely different. Mistakes can happen anywhere, especially when custom coffee orders are involved, and clear communication goes both ways. What stands out to me is the effort this team puts into their work every single day. They work hard, stay busy, and still manage to provide friendly service and excellent drinks. Small businesses deserve our support, especially when they consistently deliver a great product and treat their customers well. I'll happily continue coming here and recommending this coffee shop to friends and family. If you're looking for high-quality coffee, friendly people, and a place that truly cares about its customers and community, you won't be disappointed.

I stopped by a few days…read moreago and absolutely loved the Honey Salted Dirty Chai, so I asked my husband to pick one up for me today. Unfortunately, he came home with the wrong drink. It had no espresso and no cold foam, even though the menu lists cold foam as part of the drink. We went back hoping they would simply remake it correctly, but instead we were met with some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Rather than apologizing or trying to make it right, the baristas insisted my husband "didn't say dirty" and then told us we had to specifically ask for the cold foam, even though it's advertised as being included. To top it off, they charged us an additional $3+ for the cold foam and 1 shot of espresso. A drink that was already around $7 ended up costing over $10 just to receive what the menu originally described. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What I don't understand is the lack of accountability and the unwillingness to provide good customer service. A simple apology and a willingness to fix the mistake would have gone a long way. I wanted to support, but after this experience, I won't be back.

First time here, so I'll definitely update when/if I can return…read more First impression: uber cute decor, I love all the plants, there are books, children's books, and the bathroom is serene. Free water and bottomless coffee refill in the corner. They sell balms, stickers, clothes, and more. Prices are a little steep, especially with a farmers market across the street, but options are always a good thing. I ordered a large latte. The menu states flavors are an extra .50 in the menu book, but I was charged $1. (Just an observation that the prices may not be correct on yeh menu book) They ask for tips, but I wouldn't. They don't clean up, you take your cups and plates to the trash area. We ordered the tacos. It did take 25 minutes to get it and it was not busy. Our coffee was ready pretty quickly. I presume (wild guess) that the food fixer dude is not good with multi tasking, or his desire to serve is lacking. Anyways, the serving size was good! The tacos were warm on top, but the eggs were cold on bottom. Plus they really had no flavor. My latte was warm at best and the coffee was not strong? I would suggest switching brands. The hot cocoa my husband got WAS delicious and stayed hot in the travel cup... so maybe that would help in the latte arena. The coffee server was by far very friendly. Thank you for Truly not being ugly, just an honest review. If I come back will try a coffee and a food item to see if it improved.

My husband literally just looked at me (man who is not hard to please) and said we are not coming here again. Needs better management... better staff... it seems like when they first opened the owners or managers were actually involved.

The light wood floors, soft colors, hanging plants, and curated furniture make it feel like a cross between a boutique café and a really pretty living room. The staff has always been kind and friendly the first time I had a lot of questions and the gentleman working was patient and helpful! Very appreciative! There's art for sale throughout the space, a little bookshelf you can borrow from, and even a private room you can reserve for meetings. Their bathrooms are honestly beautiful too (yes, I notice these things ). You can tell so much love and detail went into creating this environment. My drink recs: * Honey Cinnamon Latte (warm, comforting, perfectly sweet) * Blueberry Chai Latte (so unique + SO good) * Caramel Macchiato w/ an extra shot (sweet, strong, and absolutely amazing -- the perfect balance ) All are 10/10 and worth coming back for alone. The food menu is also great quality, fresh, and just as thoughtful as the drinks. I love the cookie butter latte but right now my favorite is the Madeleine which is for a limited time only. It tastes just like a Madeleine cookie. I also found somebody who does water color painting classes here which makes it even better.

Over priced coffee- paid $10 for a 16 oz latte- and they only offer their "in house expensive milk" which is just a sweetened whole milk. Wasn't a big deal to over pay initially for this adequate latte - BUT- when I asked the status on my drink after it being 10 minutes of being here and others getting their orders, and mind you- never hearing my name called.... The 3 snobby girls behind the counter looked at me like I was an idiot and like I was trying to scam them for a drink- while there's only 5 customers here- ummm. ??? After confirming my name, they said "they called my name". As they did not bc there was no drink present. They made snobby faced responses as I walked away to wait again for my drink - that "only took 2 minutes to make". Also, the customer before me had to ask for her missing drink. My friend and I were not sitting far from the barista counter and could here these ladies gossiping about customers and being just quite rude and snobby. Customer service here is absolutely lacking. The coffee is okay but not okay enough to be $10!!!!! The "secret garden" shown on their instagram is not accessible to customers- apparently it is only available for planned events.
