Based on my experience, I don't have anything bad to say. I did self service which was easy to figure out from getting a card and loading money on to it to working the machines. There is also an option for drop off but I didn't inquire so unsure of the price per pound. I stayed on one side of the building so I saw three different sizes of washers and 3 different for dryers. There of course is free wifi and the cafe was a nice touch. I ordered a 24oz passion fruit, guava, and orange smoothie which was pretty good all things considered. When encountering staff, they were pleasant! There was also plenty of parking. Again, nothing bad to say and I highly recommend!
