They didn't let the gel dry before adding another layer and this caused all of my nails to have air bubbles with wet nail polish inside of the bubbles. The air bubbles all popped and peeled within a day. When I went back, they only offered to redo them and not give me my money back, though I told them I didn't have time to wait and get them redone. I showed them videos I took of my nails the day after they were done and how they had peeling, popped air bubbles, but since I didn't come within 3 days I couldn't get my money back. I explained to them how I work and go to school everyday and today was my first off day I could come up there, and they proceeded to tell me over and over how it's "common sense" that I come within 3 days. Not all technicians will do what I ask them to do. Also, with my pedicure the technician listened there as well and she did not cut into the corners of my toenails. This sounds trivial, but when technicians will not listen & cut deep into my nails they will hurt for weeks and they can get infected. I truly appreciate their willingness to accommodate my specific needs.

The tech was on the phone the entire time so maybe he wasn't paying attention. When I returned the following day to show them and have it fixed, the tech who had dome them wasn't there and the other guy was extremely rude - refused to even look at my nails and said I would have to pay for a polish change. He kept saying it was because I brought my own polish. That made no sense because some nails looked fine and it was the acrylic that was super thick and improperly shaped. I looked at my receipts and last month I spent over $600 at this salon on my nails and my cousin's nails. And tipping. If he had changed my polish and fixed their horrible work, I would have been Fina and likely tipped more than a polish change costs. But to be treated like that by people to whom I have always been good - no. I won't be back.

My brows and lashes are dark brown with a bit of gray. She said tint and shape, I said tint only. She said fee was $20. Got to appointment and again she said tint and shape and I again said tint only. She talks me into tinting eyelashes also. As she's tinting she doing some rubbing which ends up being shaving. She then does a bit of plucking which ends up being plucking the gray hairs I came to have tinted. She hands me a mirror and my brows are GONE! A fine line of brows left which are not even on both sides. So shocked I can't comment. She then charges me $100 which I pay like an idiot! Additionally I can't see any tint on my lashes.
