This time I am told "your appointment was cancelled by us". As much as I could understand from the manager speaking thru his mask, something about he realized last nite they could not accommodate and cancelled me. I said why didn't you call me, all I got was I'm sorry - Not let's work you in - Not can we make you another appointment ...Nothing! I won't be back. They need to get their system together !!! I had a hard time understanding my technician as she was masked when asking me what level of service I wanted, but we quickly worked thru that! She did a great job on my feet! Lots of scrubbing that felt really good! Between all of the scrubbing agents and oil, I was very relaxed! I came in the next day because I seriously could not show up to prom with nails like that and got them soaked off and redone completely, but before we soaked my nails off, the lady who was doing my nails cut at least 6/10 fingers of mine. I was bleeding and it was extremely painful. Then proceeded to put my hands in boiling (literally bubbles boiling at the top) hot acetone. After she finished my nails for the second time (because I got the same lady both times) -- they were SO THICK. I genuinely dont know what to do, I have an awards ceremony tomorrow and prom the next day. This was beyond disappointing.

Lack of pricing transparency aside, the final product is terrible. This may be the worst no-chip I've ever received - extremely uneven and unpolished. They even charged me a $5 "design fee" for adding the dot, which I should make note, isn't even centered on a couple of my nails. I asked not for a refund, but if they could please redo it correctly and the manager was unwilling to even hear me out, saying he'd remove and refund the money/I can go somewhere else. I believe in paying for a service and simply requested it be done right. He hung up on me twice. Should also note, staff weren't wearing masks.
