I placed an order with a lady for a corsage for my son's girlfriend for prom. I asked the lady if we could pay on Friday and she said yes. This is after the price was changed twice and she didn't bother to ask about the flowers or colors. I had to tell her what was wanted before she hung up on me. So my son's girlfriend goes in on Friday to pay for the order and it's nowhere to be found, so I called and asked if there was an order and was told no. I needed to get my ducks in a roll is what I was told. Wow, glad I was in a good mood Beth. Just terrible customer service. Blood pressure is through the roof now. They really need to treat customers with respect. read more

Horrible experience! Flowers are way below par. Wilted, mediocre quality, and at an unreasonably high price. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. Especially if you are purchasing for a high end client. The arrangements are a disgrace. Owner needs to look into revamping her business in order to satisfy customers. Flowers bought from publix far surpass the caliber of this florist. I would rate with zero stars if possible. read more

i ordered flowers for my daughter to celebrate her getting into FSU...i looked up the arrangement on the internet and then called and placed my order.....when my daughter got the flowers, they looked NOTHING like the picture on their website.. i sent them a letter detailing my entire experience and explaining to them that i was extremely unhappy with the arrangement that was delivered....i have not heard back from them.... it seems that this flower shop is only out to make money...if i could, i would have not given country club florists and stars!!!! read more
