I've had some boots sitting in my closet for months that needed some love and care. After a quick search I head over. Small parking lot on a way street. Thankfully I easily slide into the last available spot. Walked in and everyone behind the counter was on the phone but they wave me forward. Quickly reviewed the shoes and asked for my concerns. I needed them in three days but I understood the short turn around. I pay first - cost about average for South Florida. To my surprise they call the next afternoon saying that items are complete - early! Service requested was done perfectly. If they didn't point out the corrections made I might have never known. It's now been over a month. These boots have gone dancing and still look lovely. Definitely time to leave a 5 star review on great service. read more

I went in to add leather to my new cowboy boots so I can dance and spin in them easily. I was met with the cutest couple that were incredibly kind, welcoming and happy to help! They used the same leather for dancers in Fosse so I know I was in great hands. They also fixed a part of the shoe that was hurting, all for a reasonable price! They finished the job in less time than I expected, now my boots are perfect! I tested them out that night, dancing for 3 hours and I'm so happy with them! Mr. Shoe Repair did a wonderful job fixing two pairs of shoes for me. They replaced the tips on the soles of a pair of heels and a portion of the bottom heel on a pair of another pair of shoes. I brought the shoes in and the man explained my options and the price. I paid up front and got a call two days later that the shoes were ready. If I did not witness the transformation of theses shoes I would not believe the masterful work that was done! I asked Mr. Shoe Repair originally to shorten the heels on these stilts and change the color of my shoes for one wedding and he did and preserved the glitter and shine. Then I had a second wedding and asked him if he could take some of the fabric of the dress and apply it just to the front of the shoes, and he told me not to worry. This is the end result! I realized this is not your average shoe repair. This is a shoemaker, craftsman and creative artist with an unmatched work ethic! My husband's leather shoes had cracks in the soles that went through the bottom of the shoe. We got a brand new pair of shoes back! read more
