I don't expect great service at a grocery store, but I also don't really want to hear how much you hate your job, how much it sucks having to be at work right now, etc., etc. Update 5/2007: The store is now under new ownership and has improved considerably. The new owner is always there when I stop and is very eager to hear feedback and help customers.
