Unfortunately, the current administrative process can make it difficult to obtain basic assistance, resolve concerns, or move necessary requests forward in a timely manner. This can create unnecessary delays and add significant stress during an already difficult medical experience. One practical improvement would be to introduce short, routine patient-satisfaction surveys. These could provide patients with a simple way to share feedback about communication, responsiveness, professionalism, scheduling, administrative support, and the overall quality of their experience. Management could then use this information to identify recurring problems, monitor improvements, and hold departments accountable for addressing legitimate concerns. Another important issue is the manner in which problems are communicated and resolved. When professional discussions become focused on blame, defensiveness, or dismissive responses rather than finding solutions, it can create confusion and prevent meaningful problem-solving. They took great care of my mom during her final days. Shannon, Angela, Michelle, Anastasia Keith (and Keith's son who popped in) treated her like a person although mom was incoherent. Carmel was amazing with her after she passed while getting her ready for transport. She spoke to her as if she was still with us, telling mom each step she was taking and keeping her dignity as she prepared her for her trip. I was impressed with the compassion each staff member had for the family as well as the patient. They asked what they could do for us as individuals. I also was touched with the fact that if the staff was at the facility checking on other patients, they took the time to stop and check on mom and the family. I had no idea that BHHH has so many resources to offer families who are going through the passing process. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need. Thank you so much BHHH.

Many, however, transferred to Butte Home Health so the transition has been good. The RN is the most important and crucial, right? We met Pamela for her first visit and it only took minutes to be comfortable again. She is the personification of excellence, and I feel my wife has a concierge doctor/nurse when she is here and an advocate for her health. Today, Butte authorized a portable oxygen machine so that we have some additional options to go out and about. From medication organization and ordering to specific needs, we have appreciated each person, from Shannon, the social worker, to Theresa in PT, Chaplain Hugh, we feel so lucky. If this review can help others, then it is worth the time to have done it. All companies will have similar manuals, but it will always be the people and the human touch that determines their effectiveness. Butte Home Health deserves a huge thank you.

After a hip replacement, Aspire Home health sent Lauren P.T. to help me with in home physical therapy and get me to be able to attend physical therapy as an outpatient at a facility, a couple of times a week. There are not enough words in the dictionary to help me express my lifetime gratitude to this wonderful lady. Lauren is the most patient, positive, and kind person there could ever be. Her knowledge and expertise as well as her ability to praise and tutor me as a patient is worldly. She is genuine and complimentary yet all business where needed. Absolutely an angel. He was very friendly, very new in his profession. A week later a woman came to take my vitals and write down my medications. Which had been done the week prior. A few weeks went by and I NEVER heard another thing from Aspire. I was actually doing well taking care of myself so I sent a note asking to D/C my service. I didn't hear anything for over a week. Then I get a text from " my patient advocate." Where has she been all month ? She was very friendly in her FIRST TEXT in a month. I responded and told her how I felt things were going. Immediately the tone had turned and I had " been dismissed verbally." Very short and curt response. What a great " patient advocate." I would NEVER RECOMMEND this HH agency unless there was absolutely no one else to care for you or your loved one !!
