I passed on the toxic joint destroying cortisone shot at primary care. That is a lazy person solution to a problem that does not properly retrain muscles. With this, I thought if they are that booked, when will they fit Me in their schedule? So I was able to make an appt. here sooner, and so glad I did. In 2 sessions, my injury has been the best since the late May injury! I had done multiple things to try to heal thyself but progress slow. I really feel I have a jump start on healing with the ultrasound they used, manual massage and exercises the PT provided for me to do. I will keep up with my homework and looking forward to the future sessions to literally get me back on my feet to walk, and hike like I had prior to my injury. He was very friendly, very new in his profession. A week later a woman came to take my vitals and write down my medications. Which had been done the week prior. A few weeks went by and I NEVER heard another thing from Aspire. I was actually doing well taking care of myself so I sent a note asking to D/C my service. I didn't hear anything for over a week. Then I get a text from " my patient advocate." Where has she been all month ? She was very friendly in her FIRST TEXT in a month. I responded and told her how I felt things were going. Immediately the tone had turned and I had " been dismissed verbally." Very short and curt response. What a great " patient advocate." I would NEVER RECOMMEND this HH agency unless there was absolutely no one else to care for you or your loved one !!
