Speaking of food... sometimes I look at the kids' menus for the week and wish that they could cater my meals, too! Each billing period has something wrong with it. We have been charged over $800 in bogus fees. We gave them proof and they say it's fixed. Yet the next bill shows no changes. The front desk people are horrible. They can't do their job. The manager is never their to answer questions. They have an after school program but no bus for the children. My daughter got excepted to public pre-school but the daycare won't accept her to the after school program because she is four. They want to charge her as a full-time student. They have eliminated many programs that we pay for event though they have raised the rates. She has suffered a broken leg and a concussion since attending. DSS investigated but found no neglected. I gave them two stars because the teacher that work with the children are actually very good and teach them a lot. She is learning to count, read and speak Spanish. However, I do not recommend this school. It is a corrupt business and they don't care about the children.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with All Wise Driving Academy and would…read morestrongly caution others before booking with them. I paid $259.68 for their driver's education program and expected clear communication and guidance on how to complete the course. After paying, I was never properly contacted to schedule anything or clearly walked through the required steps. Months went by with no follow-up from the school. When I finally reached out, I was told I could not receive a refund because too much time had passed, even though no lessons were ever scheduled and I did not receive the services I paid for. They later claimed I was supposed to attend Saturday classes, but this was never clearly communicated or coordinated with me in a way that made participation realistic. My interaction with management made the situation significantly worse. When I calmly and respectfully asked about my situation, the manager was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Her tone became aggressive, she raised her voice, and she ultimately hung up on me. During the conversation, she stated that she had been doing this for many years and that I would not be getting a refund, and even suggested I could "take it to court" if I wanted. This is not how a paying customer should be treated. I made every effort to resolve this respectfully, but the response I received was dismissive and unacceptable. I have received none of the actual driving instruction I paid for, and the lack of communication combined with the way this situation was handled is extremely concerning. I have also heard from others who described similarly frustrating experiences, which makes this even more concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not booking with this driving school. If you do choose to move forward with them, make sure everything is clearly scheduled and documented in writing upfront.

I really enjoyed my lesson with Jeana who's an effective instructor who knows what she's talking about. She have me some really useful--and critical--tips. The bike she chose for me to was an excellent fit and that in itself was half the battle. The range was excellent for my lesson. I was intimidated when I began but by the time I had finished my lesson with Jeana, I felt a lot more confident about getting on a bike.

Under normal circunstances, I would take the course, free of charge, at work, but Covid has taken this training online. I tried to hunker down and get this done, but I am obviously not a candidate for online life saving, because 1) I can't save a life on a computer and 2) I don't want to/cannot spend a crazy amount of time in front of a screen. It simply does not compute. I met Derek Walters when he was visiting a friend who was a patient in the hospital where I work. I learned he was an RN and he owned this company. He gave me his card, I tucked it away because I knew I was going to need it. I registered and paid for the class online, $60. At this particular class, there was only one other attendee, another health care professional. The facility is clean and open, with plenty of room to move freely. Derek is engaging, funny and light. He explained in detail all that is required, to pass the test and obtain certification. He used real life examples to get the lessons across.. His manequins were top of the line, easy to use for practice and demonstration. Derek made this class super fun. I can see he offers this service because of his love for the profession and his strong desire to give back to the community. I will not hesitate to come back in 2 years to recertify and I will tell everyone I know to skip the computer training. The Lasting Compressionss course is well worth the cost, even wthen facility training is free. AND...what a GREAT name, right?
