I think he was arrogant and not very caring. He didn't make my orthotics correctly and then asked…read morewhat i want him to fix it. about . I didn't know why is he asking me ? He's the Dr. Then he suggested building up the orthotic to accommodate for my underpronated right heel . Waited 9 weeks for them 1st time 2nd time 3 weeks.He didn't come in to see me when i came to pickup orthotic 2nd time. Sent MA to give me my orthotic. The orthotic is so rigid (no cushion) and i have to wear a Dr Sholls insert with it. I realize I need to have it somewhat rigid but these haven't any cushioning, painful . He's been nice in past and made my last orthotics which were fine. We really clashed and i'm educated about my feet by Google. I didn't know why my foot was so painful. I didn't know about underpronation or about what a stress reaction is. I am seeing a foot and ankle Dr. He educated me as well. He Xrayed me laying down sideways on both sides of my foot. Now im wearing a walking boot. Improving. Im have also spoken to other people that were unhappy with their level of care .

After a 3 1/2 hour wait I was seen by a PA and sent for an MRI and physical therapy. One week later I returned for the results of the MRI and after waiting 90 minutes I had to reschedule-I had to go to work. Here I sit another week after that---it's going on 3 hours. There are people complaining they've been here 4 hours and still waiting. WHO DOES THIS GUY THINK HE IS???? I've never seen over booking like this. When you walk in the office it looks like the DMV on a Monday after a holiday. No one is worth this kind of wait. Unless he performs some miracle cure. If I walk out of here pain free, I'll update--but don't hold your breath DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

I struggled for a while to find someone who wanted to tackle some of the issues I was having. I still feel like I'm off in the weeds at times but at least I have Laporta. This country's system is the problem. What they've done to us financially, nutritionally, psychologically... I digress. LaPorta office is decent, a lot of aggravation with scripts being sent wrong or not at all, but at least she's there for me; it's tough to get appointments at times and I just have to call a few too many times for my liking, but maybe she's just that popular
