so my mother has been going here for many many years but now it's been taken over by Northwell Health the people that work at the office now at the front desk are rude and nasty. They put you on hold for an hour and 43 minutes then they talk about you when you're actually on the line with someone saying that people are crazy thinking they are on hold when they are not They have no consideration that people actually do work also and to talk about people while they're actually on the phone with someone else is ridiculous and unprofessional when I go to this appointment with my mother, they will be hearing from me and so will the doctor about his staff. read more

Do not go to this office. Since they sold to Northwell customer service is non existent the office tells you that you have to call Northwell and Northwell won't do anything for you. It's already expensive enough to go to the dr bit now it's 10x as much as I got a bill for almost $800 for one visit. read more

Went to this office for 9 months. Was being treated for a nail fungus. Had to buy the medicine from their office. It was ninety dollars a month. Had an appointment and the doctor had go somewhere and i saw the othe doctor in the office. This doctor took a piece of my toe nail and sent it away to see if it was a fungus.When the results came back iI was told it wasn't a fungus. I spent all that money on medicine and office visits to find out that i didn't need the medicine and i didn't find out what the black line in my toenail was. Never went back there again. read more

Terrible terrible service had to get ingrown toenail surgery procedure done 3 times in 2 months. First time with dr. Liu which I have no problems with he is very nice and compassionate towards me because I have anxiety and he was very caring and nice. On the other hand I went because I got another one and that time I saw Dr. Neal Houslanger very unkind and disrespectful. He is in compassionate and gave a lecture to me. Experience was not good. Yet then he starts not only lecturing me but my mom as well. Went back for the follow up that we got lectured for and he didn't even remove the full toenail so Dr liu had to preform the operation on me all over again. Do not recommend. The main desk lady and the young Dr that's a girl are very nice while Dr Neal is very inconsiderate. DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

I received surgery today on a toenail. Dr. Kassnove performed the surgery himself at his office on Waverly Avenue in Patchogue. I am now over 62 years old, and I've received treatments of various kinds by literally dozens of doctors in my lifetime, and I cannot say that I've ever been more kindly and considerately and respectfully treated by any other practitioners; doctors Kassnove and Houslanger are the very best! They did literally everything imaginable to reassure me and instill confidence that my needle phobia was not something to stress myself about, and also give me great confidence that my convalescence will proceed propitiously. You will not find a more considerate and professional practice than this! I am so thankful to have found such understanding people! I am also grateful to the administrator, Gloria, who always calls me by my first name and always shows her regard for me when I am there. You're not just a number, not just "another customer," at this medical office; you are a human being who is respected, even if you happen to suffer with peculiar phobias or (potentially problematical) medical issues.
