Would give negative stars if I could. Been going here for the last 10 months because of excruciating foot pain. For 10 months they tried shots and steroids, and wanted me to try orthotics and shockwave therapy. I agreed to the orthotics because everything else hadn't worked (after wasting time and money going to appointments telling me to come back on two weeks if ____ didn't work). Had a few days where my pain shot up from a 9 to a 15 on the pain scale while waiting for my orthotics and decided to go to a different office. Immediately my new doctor recommended I get an MRI because he was worried I had a tear in my plantar fascia and that my problem was NOT just heel spurs like Dr. Siegel and Berlin had seen on my x-ray. Sure enough, I had a partial tear and after 4 weeks in a walking boot and in PT, I am PAIN FREE!!! All that time and money wasted when they could have sent me for an MRI from the start!! Besides that, the billing/scheduling department here is HORRENDOUS!!!! They are constantly "losing" payments (thank god for bank statements!!) and I've had to cancel the same appointment numerous times because they never cancelled it when I first called!! Also, the older blonde woman in the office is the WORST human on the face of the planet. She has no compassion for people and looks down her nose at patients. She thinks her shit doesn't stink for whatever reason and isn't willing to help with any situation, just leaves it for the poor kids behind the desk. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend this place. I trusted these doctors to help me, and instead they saw me as an easy meal ticket. read more

I've been a patient for the last 5 years getting my diabetic foot exams from Dr. Berlin. recently i broke my foot and required surgery and turned to this office for that. Dr. Ruby Gardener performed my surgery and has examined me on all my follow up visits. i must say that through my whole ordeal, she kept me having a positive outlook while explaining everything in detail in a way i could understand. i would not hesitate to use this office again for any foot related issues and i highly recommend them to all my friends and family. id also want to say that the staff working with the doctors are some of the friendliest people I've come across in many years of doctor office visits. read more

I normally do not write reviews but I had to write this one. I have been going to this office for a few months. It seem very pleasant. Doctors seemed nice. The last two appointments have been an eye opener for me. The first incident was about three months ago when I came in and the whole staff was sitting on their phones and talking about their weekend and not paying any attention to me standing there. I was there for five minutes before they asked me if I needed help. I overlooked it because they are young kids and that's what they do, I was young once. Then my most recent visit was a little disturbing. I was there and I heard the guy that works at the front desk yelling at another coworker that she was to go help out on both sides. While I was in the office I seen the same young Latina woman running back and forth answering phones and cleaning rooms, but the way he yelled at her it was disrespectful and degrading, and that was unacceptable. As a man you should never speak to a woman in that manner. I am really considering looking for another place to go, and Especially during a time like this everyone should be treated with care and respect. I hope someone looks into this matter for the sake of future patients. read more

Dr. Berlin saved my foot! I was having difficulty with it during my pregnancy and went to him for a second opinion. I'm so thankful that I did because without him treating me I could have lost my toe. He is very professional and returns phone calls personally. I highly recommend him to everyone. read more
