Just called them to order flowers for my sister. The guy was unbelievably rude. I asked if they can match the arrangement on their website. He said no, no way can I do that. I asked him how close he can come to that arrangement. He said " I'm not going to deal with this now. The best thing you can do is order it online and then I will reject it and you'll get your money back." I said so then why can't you tell me what flowers you have available now. He said " I'm not dealing with this this morning, the best thing you can do is call another florist". Great way to run a business. He's a jerk or as I called him an ass. read more

My wonderful husband ordered flowers to be delivered to me for Valentines Day. I was not at my job when they arrived. When I did get to work, it was a great surprise to see that there were flowers for me! However, the bouquet looked like it had been delivered a week prior, as the flowers were drooping and several were broken on the stems. I tried not to show my disappointment in the quality of the bouquet because he had been thoughtful enought to have them delivered to me. I just have to say, we never ordered from hete before, nor will we ever again!!!!! What a poor excuse for a florist!! I brought them home after an 8 hour shift. They sat on my counter for 10 hours and have continued to droop. I am thrilled with my husband. The flowers are horrible. I am highly disappointed in them. read more

Terribly rude! I called and request information regarding an arrangement on their website. He immediately stated it wasn't available. I inquired about other arrangements in the same price range and he said he didn't know what was on the site and that they weren't in charge of that. I asked again if he knew of any arrangements in the store that were in my price range and he cut me off with a NO! Unbelievable! I placed an order for 2 flowers for my Mothers Memorial service a week in advance. When we arrived at the Church, we had no flowers. I called to today to find out my CC was declined and they claim they called 8 times...I asked for verification of the phone number and it wasn't correct, which I guess if they cant copy a phone number correctly, they probably cant get a CC number right either...SORRY, SORRY, SORRY....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! read more

My loving husband went and ordered flowers for valentines day. they said the flowers would be delivered around 930am so when 10 come and they didn't he went to go check on them they pulled them from the back and he said it want the flowers he order with the roses and the roses was bruised all up, they got made and got a attitude and told him he will have to talk to the owner but he was out for deliveries and want answer the phone while he is out...he come back and i looked them up and did some digging and felt the other complaints and he went back up there. After a lot of back and forth they finally gave him his money back.. for what they were trying to give him he could have went to dollar tree and got them... Not happy with them at all and will never go back or recommend them to anyone read more

My thoughtful daughter TRIED to get flowers for my birthday. She placed the online order on Friday and my birthday was Monday so plenty of time to get it together. They hadn't been received by 1:00 pm on my birthday so she called to make sure they had the correct address and the man said they hadn't received the order which seems very unlikely as she had RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT THE ORDER HAD BEEN RECEIVED!!. She called back later in the day as they had not yet been delivered. The guy said nope they still had not received the order. Again... she had RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT THE ORDER HAD BEEN RECEIVED!! . Guy said nothing he could do(????) Really? why not ask what the order was and putting it together then and there???? He said she would have to speak to the manager the next morning (day after my birthday) She did eventually speak with the MANAGER who also just kind of shrugged it off saying nothing she could do (Again, ridiculous answer. Especially from the MANAGER. Isn't that part of a manager's job???) Manager said they would refund her money which was quite a bit since she went all out. We'll see if she actually gets her money back. Extremely poor service. We will never order from there. You shouldn't either. read more

My Senior tech ordered flowers and balloon for his wife here at work. The flowers were delivered but thy did not bring the balloon. He called and got a "sorry" we will deliver it TOMORROW- Nope not the same day and then they never showed up the next day either so he had to call AGAIN.. Now they are just giving him credit- this is sorry customer service and I for one will not order from them and do not recommend anyone else does because they do not seem to care about the special occasion or their customers.
