This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a Telus location. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and completely uninterested in supporting customers. It felt like they were there to upsell or charge for basic assistance rather than actually help. At one point, I was even told I had to pay just to be shown simple options that are already available on the Telus website. That alone was unbelievable. Instead of guiding customers, they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by asking basic questions. Save yourself the frustration and go to another Telus store or a different provider altogether. I will never return to this location.

I have currently been on the phone, passed around from agent to agent for 1.5 hours and still no resolution, after already speaking with them on 3 other occasions regarding this matter. They told me yesterday that they will have a technician come out today and that technician cancelled on me very last minute, prompting my call back to them today. I have received several different explanations as to why there have been so many delays. I have never experienced such a terrible client experience. I have asked to cancel my service and they told me I would need to pay over $300 in fees if I want to do that- for a service I am currently not receiving. Unfortunately there is a lack of internet providers in my province and I am stuck with one of two terrible options. Telus should really reevaluate how they choose to do business.

I've contacted customer service multiple times, provided documentation, and followed all their procedures, but they've done absolutely nothing to stop the billing. Their behavior is dishonest and predatory. It feels like they're just hoping I'll give up or stop noticing the charges. This is not just bad business--it's a scam. If you're thinking about signing up with Fluent Alarm, don't do it. There are plenty of other security companies that won't continue to take your money long after you cancel.
