This went on for over a week. My wife is a disabled Army veteran. I have severe chronic back issues, and I'm currently awaiting an appointment with a specialist to determine if I have cancer. ServiceMaster completely turned their backs on us in a time of need and refused to even communicate with us. It was another blow that was absolutely devastating following the massive loss we experienced from the flood. Needless to say, we eventually gave up on the company altogether.
