My son has been attending Country Home for a few months now. The teachers are all so great with him and keep him engaged! I was worried about his transition to care outside of mom and dad and they've been so communicative and patient with all of us. I could not recommend this place more. Country Home Learning Center in South Austin is excellent. Both of our children started in the infant nursery and are oldest has been there for 3 years. The teachers are caring and go the extra mile to make sure our children have a wonderful experience. This is my first child and second daycare. So I don't have a lot of experiences with daycare but I will say my son is doing well at CHLC. At first I was intimidated by the size but it is a well oiled machine. What was important to me was when the director told me she had been their 17 years +. My previous daycare had significant turnover and instability and I felt like I was just dropping my son off at a holding cell. CHLC changed all of that! He is learning and thriving and they have monthly calendars full of events, activities, and opportunities for parent engagement. Love all the staff and teachers and it impressed me that they are able to greet the kiddos by name! CHLC is not cheap but I will say worth every penny thus far. read more

We have been apart of the country home family for about 4 years now! We have two kids enrolled, one is 4 and the other is 1- they have both been there since 3.5 months old. I will start by saying they make you feel at ease with dropping off your kiddos- they do wonderful projects with the kids, parades and plays. Once your kiddo is potty trained they also have access to the water park which is so cute and such a great way to incentivize your littles to potty train! They get plenty of outside time and my 4 year old really adores his teacher- Shannon does a great job with keeping you updated on anything out of the normal that may come up and if I have ever had an issue she has addressed it immediately. Overall, I have been very happy with my experience with my kids at CHLC! read more

CH has been an exceptional daycare for my son and after-school care for my daughter. Reagan and Shannon were excellent and helpful from the beginning. The teachers Meredith, Bri, and Nuvia are some of the best childcare providers. They loved our kids, especially our little boy, like no other. Horrible place to enroll your children. The Director as well as staff are incompetent and failed to provide safely and security of my children by allowing unauthorized adults to remove my children from the site without proper identification. I've observed adults entering the building without use of security codes by way of holding the door on entry giving way to unauthorized individual thus making school insufficient in providing children as well as parents the peace of mind and security that our children are safe. The Director also lies to protect herself as well as the teachers and staff in providing false information about how individuals who pick up and or remove children from the school are identified. We've been at CH for almost a year. We've really enjoyed our time there. I've always felt it was safe, clean, secure and loving. My kids come home raving about their teachers - which is a GREAT sign for me. My older son absolutely loves the splash pad during summer. Every day he eagerly inquired if it was a splashpad day for him. My 2 yo daughter says every day that her teacher is her best friend. They seem to be thriving. And educationally speaking, I feel that both are moving along nicely. My son is practicing writing his name, my daughter is practice drawing circles. They both report daily outside time, dance parties, arts & crafts, story time, library time, 'share stick' time for the coolest toys. All great things. My only 'meh' (and understandably so) is that due to covid some of the areas are off limits because they're helping distance learners. For instance, the computer lab, shared toy areas, soda shop. While I completely understand it, and try to keep my meh-attitude in check, sometimes I really wish my children could experience these educational & fun activities themselves. However, I firmly believe the school is doing all it can do help all parents/children through covid so obviously, I can't be too upset. Overall, we've loved our time at Country Home. DON'T JUDGE A DAYCARE BY ITS MISLEADING ADS!! I'm going to cut right to the chase.. this is the letter i wrote to the director withdrawing my daughter from CHLC, only 7 days after enrollment. 6/9 - 6/17 they require a 30 day written notice.. YEAH RIGHT!! This letter serves as written notice that (my child) will no longer be attending Country Home Learning Center, effective 6/20/2011. On 6/16/2011, it was brought to my attention by (my child) that she had bruises on the inside and outside of her left leg. She gave me details surrounding the bruises... We were playing on the indoor playground and I climbed up the pole. I tried to climb over the wall and my leg got stuck. I think I got stuck because it was so crowded. I tried to get my leg out but I couldn't so I called for help but "Ms. BLANK" never came. I had another kid go find her. When she got there she told me she would have to bang my leg to get it out. She banged it until it finally got unstuck. I told "Ms. BLANK" after-wards that she really hurt my leg and her response was, IT WILL BE FINE! THIS CONSTITUTES AN INCIDENT/ACCIDENT REPORT AND SERVES AS GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION. The fact that I was NOT made aware of ANY SUCH EVENT by ANYONE at CHLC, Inc. is UNACCEPTABLE and incomprehensible both as a parent AND as a human being. Upon enrollment of my daughter, on 6/9/2011: On 6/8, I called to get basic info. Quoted $110 Registration fee, $182 a week. That same day I came into facility to complete paperwork and wrote a check in the amount of $467.50, thinking that was for two weeks I didn't question it...but obviously that wouldn't add up. I called on 6/9 to get the breakdown of fees since the Director did not think it was of any importance when taking the check. $110 "Activity Fee" - swimming in kiddie pool? Quiet time? $50 "Registration/Supply Fee" - do movies count as supplies? $182 1 Week $47 x 2 Drop In rate for Thursday/Friday (was NOT told this beforehand NOR did it appear on my statement, ODD!!) $12.50 Field Trip - Robotics? (no description of field trips) $9 San Antonio Zoo - DID NOT GO, told them day before and so begins the NEVER list... -Never given a tour of the facility -No schedule - as far as breakfast, lunch, daily routine. **WAS told all meals included - later told breakfast is EXTRA -Never introduced to any teachers -Never given the names of the teachers "responsible" for my child -Never saw the same teachers in the mornings or the afternoons -Never saw the "Director" interact with the children OR the parents -Never knew, nor was I informed that there was an "Assistant Director" -Never given a designated cubby for child's belongings -Never knew where to find kids at pick up or drop off .....NOR DID THE DIRECTOR -Never brought home any kind of art/crafts...only rocks from the playground which were in her shoes!! WHERE ARE THE ARTS AND CRAFTS? Smiling/happy faces as advertised in Austin Kid's Directory and on the website? Many ADDITIONAL unnerving incidents/situations/occurrences were told to me by my daughter which coincide with many of the rants found on various reviews surrounding, CHLC. Such as.... Children being told by Ms.T??? (no idea of name, never introduced) to drink water from the water fountain OUTSIDE that spits out HOT WATER? Ms. T, can I get some water? Drink it from the fountain. But it's very hot water. SO!! DRINK IT ANYWAY! (I gave verbal AND written instructions to allow daughter access to her water bottle at all times) Wouldn't common sense say to have an abundance of water jugs and cups while keeping the kids outside in 105 degree weather???? Not going swimming but having quiet time for an extended period of time (6/10/11)? Not allowed seconds at lunch? Everyday daughter complained of being so hungry it hurt and appeared to be dehydrated, lethargic and unable to complete sentences. On 6/17/2011 I did not allow child to go on the field trip to San Antonio Zoo due to the short comings of CHLC and its staff. I made the two teachers aware on Thursday 6/16/2011 when I picked child up. When I dropped her off Friday morning, I was not surprised to see the two summer camp teachers (on hand) confused by the presence of another child. Apparently, there is NO COMMUNICATION between the Director and/or the staff and NO backup plan in place for children NOT ATTENDING, out of town field trips. The two teachers both said, child could tag along with them if she wanted???? At 8:50 a.m., the teacher was putting a movie in.????!!!!! I pay for her to watch movies??? I FIND IT TO BE VERY ODD that no one can be contacted via email within this establishment, only by phone? ...guess because that would leave behind a paper trail..?? Any questions? Country Home Learning Center is an amazing "Home" away from home where we know our twin boys (enrolled in the Toddler program) are continually "Learning" and are cared for, loved, and encouraged to grow, every single day. My husband and I toured and interviewed many daycare centers while I was pregnant and Country Home was the one place that we felt 100% confident in ALL the staff. Ms. Shanon, Ms. Amy and Ms. Jamie patiently answered all of our "first-time-parent" questions about safety, keeping the children on schedules (lunchtime, snacktimes, naptime, diaper changes, etc.) and letting us know what exactly the kiddos do during the day. Answer? Every day we are given a sheet of paper that outlines all the fun activities that the kiddos have participated in during the day (including dramatic play, time spent outdoors in the play yard, music time, art) and also includes what the boys ate for lunch and snacks, when diapers were changed and how long the boys slept at naptime. Thorough and efficient. And of course, we can't forget about the teachers. In the Toddler program, Ms. Brooke, Ms. Jolie, Ms. Briana, and Ms. Emily are amazing! It is so evident how much our boys are loved and cared for by each and every one of the teachers (and staff!). Our boys happily run to their classroom every morning. In one word? I placed my child on a waitlist in October 2019. I was told they would have a spot open for my child in January. Then when I called them for an update, was told they would hold have a spot open in May. Didn't get a call or update. Thank good I found a much better and closer daycare in the meantime. Our child was enrolled in Country Home from 8 weeks - 1 1/2 years. Sadly we had to de-enroll our kid because the establishments solution to her biting (which is normal for her age due to teething) is to send her home. Coming from a household that has to have dual-income, we couldn't keep affording to take days off (as we have to save those for her sick days). When I approached the director about potential solutions, they said that they don't say "no" or "stop" as that creates a negative atmosphere. Yet both of these words prevents biting. They mentioned they try to shadow her, but have other children to look after so that's not always a possibility. She further mentioned that "group care isn't right for all children" which boggled my mind. No parent wants to send their kid to daycare, we are doing it out of necessity. At the end of the day it just seemed like their solution was to send the kid home when they acted up, which isn't a solution in our books. So why did I give them three stars? Overall, I liked the majority of the staff. Several of the caregivers seemed like they genuinely cared for our kid. On her last day, several of the caregivers even were crying. I loved the idea of the splash zone. She was too young to ever use it, but every kid seemed to really enjoy it. That is a unique feature to many of the nearby facilities. I loved the amount of art projects they created. I also liked the price point. Though daycare is never cheap, for the area Country Home is one of the more affordable solutions. read more

My daughter went here for 2 months before I had to pull her due to health and safety concerns that were reported to the appropriate TX Departments for further investigation. She was sick all the time, getting bit weekly (and sometimes twice a day), and the director (Shanon) seemed indifferent at best when we tried to address concerns. This daycare is absolutely lacking in professionalism. Day after day, I would pick up my son only to discover his entire face coated with mucus. All the while observing child after child covered in mucus that was never once wiped. Separated fathers beware, they will treat you like a second class citizen. Learning for children 5 and below is absolutely abysmal. Not to mention how many times I have witnessed the class teachers yell at our children in a way a parent wouldn't even dream of. They lie on daily progress reports and serve garbage for breakfast and lunch. I admittedly thought this place was for the betterment of my child, but as time has gone on, I see what a smoke and mirror show this place really is. My children have attended Country Home for a few years now and have really excelled there. The teachers are very caring and nurturing of our kids - they love going to school everyday to see their teachers and friends! They're not signed up for the breakfast program but on any given day if they need breakfast it's so easy to request it. Some of these comments below are so undeserving of this incredible place. Sounds more like overbearing neurotic parents and I feel bad that CHLC has to bear the brunt of it. My wife and I moved a lot over the past 2 years and this was the 3rd daycare we have put our son in. We LOVE it here and it is miles above the rest. I wish I was a kid so I could go there! Our son has thrived while here and loves going every day. He has been there over a year and we don't have anything negative to say at all. We are moving 15 min farther away again and we are going to keep him there and commute the extra distance, that's how great it is. Our 2nd child is on the way any day now and we have already enrolled her there too. It's set up more like a school then a daycare and there name "Learning center" is spot on. Our son, has been attending CHLC for the past 4 months, and so far our experience has been great! I will update my review if anything changes. Our son started at CHLC when he was 2 years old. (1) The teachers he has had have all been very engaged, communicative and loving. My son loves all the teachers he has had and greets them with big hugs & affection. (2) The kids are always engaged in class. Whenever I have come by class to pick up/drop off or just drop-ins during the day, I always find them in a structured activity (art/craft/reading/dancing/toys/outside play). I've never found the teacher distracted or slacking off (as I have observed in other daycares). We also get all the arts & crafts he has made in a bundle every week or two. (3) The Center is definitely education-focused with a weekly curriculum that is posted for parents and that I've observed teachers follow consistently. I am pleased with the gains my son has made so far (knows his letters, numbers, counting, colors, shapes, Spanish words). I look forward to seeing seeing how the curriculum holds up as he moves into the older classrooms. (4) When he moved up to the 2s-3s class in August, the new teacher was eager to support us with our potty-training efforts. We had already started potty-training him at home, with limited success. Thanks to the teacher's efforts and consistency at school, our 2.5 old son is completely potty-trained! (5) The student-teacher ratio is usually well below the state-mandated maximum. For his class (2s to 3s), there are 6 students to one teacher. They often work in conjunction with the same aged class next door, so 12 students to 2 teachers. (6) The school administration maintains good communication with frequent (but not spam-level) email newletters. The Director (Shannon) is also a familiar face at the front desk and receptive to concerns we've had. (7) The facilities are old but well-maintained. The classrooms are clean and I love how all classes put up their art in the hallways! They have large outdoor and indoor playgrounds. They even have a little water park that my son will get to enjoy once he turns 3! (8) Keeping in mind some of the other comments, I'd liek to note that my son had one accident in class where he hid his cheek on the edge of the table (nasty bruise) and the teacher was quick to let me know about it when I arrived, and I also received an official "incident report". All in all, we have been very pleased with our experience, and I would definitely recommend CHLC. read more

Country home has been my kids daycare since they were both 2 months old. I have never met more loving teachers who love and treat my kids the exact same as we do. They care about their well being, they know how to handle hard moments and when to love on them in the sad moments. It truly has been amazing to see how much they have learned and excelled in all the firsts in their lives. And now, as I get ready to put my first born into kindergarten and am not at all concerned at how he will handle the change or how he will do in school. He is more than ready for this next chapter and I owe it all to every teacher at country home. I am truly blessed to have found such an amazing place to have my kids grow up in. I could not be more pleased with CHLC. I enrolled my daughter at 10 weeks old, and the teachers in the nursery became like family to me very soon after starting her there. Ms. Winda & Miss Teddy are truly amazing! I was never worried about the care she would receive while there, and she would even get excited and smile when she saw her teachers. I cried and cried when it was time to move up to the next classroom! Ms Andrea, Bria & Carolina were in the the second Nursery room (for 6-12 month olds). They also are all wonderful teachers. I mostly saw Ms Andrea at the end of each day when picking my little one up....she is so nice and really enjoys her job. She was always ready to give me a report of how the day went. We are moving out of town and I almost called the whole thing off because I didn't want to leave this daycare! I highly recommend this daycare center. read more

This is a wonderful school for my 3 year old. He's been going there since he was 2 and he's made some great little friends. The staff is amazing and friendly and treat my son with caring and respect. They helped continue his potty training at school, so I didn't have to worry about him reverting to his old ways at home and he learns a lot there. My child went there once, and I regret my decision. During summer, the place was extremely cold!! For example, the room temperature was 65 when the outside temperature was 105. Every kid had running nose except the teachers who didn't care. My child cried and cried every time we tried to leave home for three months. I finally decided to change a school. Since my child started going to a different school, everything has changedl. My child is happy and told me "I like this school" The teachers are warmer and more friendly, and the manager is always in one of the classrooms checking to see everything is all right. Wow, some of these comments seem unrealistic. I have three children in this center a 5yr old, 3yr old and new baby, we have been going to CH for 4 years and have enjoyed it. The location is awesome as we live near by and I also work close by. There are tons of things we like about the school, I love that their is always two teachers in each room. My oldest knows how to write his name, speaks some Spanish he learned their and has made great friends their. Most of all the teacher I like and are very good with the kids, Connie is by far one of the best she has had two of my kids and will have baby one day to, she is great with 3 yr olds and her room always looks great very hands on. We also love Ms. Denise she is great with listening to the kids and communicating with the parents, my son loves her. The girls in the baby room are awesome and always great with the baby's feeding sleep diapers etc they also are always hands on with the babies on the floor with them and caring for them. I also like how the older kids are not always in one room they have many different play grounds, indoor playground, computer lab, resource room with library, puppets, puzzles, games etc, the soda shop is also fun the kids get to interact with cooking, the movie room ( which by the way is 30 min one day a week) and the swim park is also great in the summer time. They help potty train and my kids are always coming home with great art projects. They have class party's parades, etc My son has also been on Field trips and most have been his first time, bowling, museums, cici's ( where they got to make their own pizza) he still talks about. Have there been some issues there yes but nothing major. I think the front desk employees and teaching staff should work together better maybe have more meeting and some of the girls up front could be more friendly and smile more. Any time we have had any issues Shannon the director has taken care of us. when my baby started at 6 weeks my clients were more concerned than I was because I am very comfortable with my family there. We switched from another daycare to Country Home Learning Center in August 2014 and could not be happier! I have seen a tremendous improvement in my 4 year old's learning skills. She goes to school each day excited and comes home happy. Her teachers know me by name and have great communication with me and my husband. My 1 year old started out in the newborn class and is now in the older toddler room. She always comes home with the cutest artwork. The babies are mostly quiet and content anytime I walk in the room. All of the teachers are super friendly, even the ones that don't directly work with my kids. The front office staff are very helpful and always willing to answer any questions I have. I wish I would have made the switch to Country Home a lot sooner! read more

Both of my two sons have attended Country Home on Escarpment since they were infants (starting in 2010). My oldest went all the way through Pre-K (Excel) and he is now in Kinder but still attends after-school and summer camp there. My youngest who is 2 still attends daily and they both love it there!! I can't say that in all those years that it's been perfect but when my husband or I had an issue we took it to the staff and they listened and addressed it immediately. Whenever an accident occurred they called me right away to let me know and there is always an incident report written up by the teacher. In addition, a full verbal explanation of what occurred is given. Throughout the years we've attended we've seen them make continual progress in the areas of accreditation, organization/administration, staffing, and communication which as a parent I appreciate. The Director (Shannon) and her staff know all of the kids by name and greet them with smiles every morning and evening. I have also gotten to know many of the teachers there as I make a point to spend time chatting with them and watching them interact with my kids. Overall what's most important to me is that my kids are in a safe environment, that their needs are met, and that they are given loving and caring instruction; and I can say that the teachers and care givers we've had at Country Home are very loving and have bonded with my kids and they are thriving! Even now, during daily drop-off and pick-up we often run into my son's former teachers and they always give hugs or high-fives and I love that the relationships they have created continues on even as they move on to the higher-aged classrooms. So to sum it up, I would recommend Country Home to anyone who is looking for a daycare in the SW Austin/Oak Hill area!! read more

I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH TONI O.!!! God forbid your child forget to wear a field trip t-shirt.. you'll be charged for that. Breakfast was "free" during our walk through and then I was charged and when questioned I was told "Oh no.. that's extra" The activity fee is bogus because they have movie time (free) and swimming pool (free) on the premisis and WE STILL PAY FOR FIELD TRIPS SEPARATE. My children didn't bring home "activities and crafts" as listed on the curriculum board either. what's that fee for again?? The book keeper is NEVER EVER accessible to break down your bill. WATCH YOUR BILL WITH AN EAGLE EYE. The amount will never make sense to you or your wallet and no one can ever explain it either. For the food situation... the kids are rationed. These ding bats allowed me to come eat with my child and I witnessed this for myself. The classrooms are served VERY little... the kids ate meals smaller than a mighty kids meal at McDonald's. I could tell there were quite a few kids who were still hungry. It was very sad. For the outside water fountain, that too is completely accurate. The water is aweful and more than luke warm. GROSS. Although I am assuming that someone got the hint that they were under fire and decided taking water jugs out for the kids as of recent. On another note. The amenties make the place look FABOLOUS. Beware and don't judge a book by it's cover. I would pick up my kids at random times and almost every time the teacher was texting and NOT supervising the kids on the playscape inside or out. I picked up my daughter with a nice goose egg on her forehead which came from a kid swinging his legs through the bridge on the playscape and NO ONE (employee) said anything to me about the incident. If an accident warrants ice and someone to dry the tears of my child.. I BETTER HEAR ABOUT IT. Needless to say, I gave my two weeks notice (bunch of bull anyway) and got my kids to a nice facility... the teachers are wonderful and kind and they even have cameras that you can access from work computers. Really comforting after our run-ins with CHLC. Note for CHLC- This is 2013.. invest in a better money management and bill paying system. Having a person come in once a week with their notebook and pencil makes ZERO sense! You all need to remember that these kids are NOT your own... they should be treated exceptionally well because that's what we parents pay you to do. Shameful. read more

The classrooms and other common/shared spaces are tiny and ridiculously loud. The entire school smells awful. The front door / security set up was not working when we visited. I was looking forward to all the bells and whistles that Country Home appears to have -- pool, large indoor playground, interactive elements, healthy meals, etc.... what I experienced was beyond disappointing. When I toured the facility, I met a lovely and kind teacher who took the time to talk with my son and really talk with him. I was told she would be my teacher. However, from start to finish, the place was a disaster. I pulled my son after 4 days. Here are my list of observations: 1. The front desk staff appear friendly at first, but then are condescending and rude once you are enrolled. Very fake feeling and gives off a strange energy from the beginning. 2. There is no grass in the yards, only rocks. Yes, I should have noticed that during the tour, but I didn't notice. My son complained about it on Day 1, and every day. 3. They provide the food -- which I was hopeful about. However, one day the menu read the kids snack was going to be "Raisin Trail Mix." Well, let me tell you.... it wasn't. It was generic style Lucky Charms. I dropped off my son during snack time and was appalled that they were giving the kids sugar cereal that had marshmallows in it as a snack. It made me question what lunch would be....Eeeck. 4. The facility does not claim to have any religious affiliation. However, that same day of the Lucky Charms, the teacher had the kids pray before they could have their snack. If I was looking for religion, I would have enrolled him in a preschool at a church. I have no issue with religion being in a preschool, but we should be notified. That is not right. 5. Our teacher, Miss "T", was abysmal. We didn't get the teacher that we had met only weeks before, and had another teacher. She was unfriendly, didn't welcome my son, barely acknowledged him, and didn't try to make him feel welcome. And that was when I was standing there with him. I can only imagine after I left how alone he was feeling. I complained to the front desk after Day 2, and still no improvement. I hated leaving him there, but had to until I found another school for him. 6. To further the horrible treatment my son received, I witnessed the teacher be horribly rude and condensing to my son. I dropped him off just as they were starting Circle time. They were reading a book. The kids were taking turns putting a blanket over their heads to create darkness so that a glow in the dark feature could be seen. My son didn't understand what was going on with the blanket, and she said to him, "What? Is this too hard for you?" with a really nasty, condescending tone. Again, while I was standing there. It was heartbreaking to witness. My son just sulked away. I heard her berate other students and snap at them as well. She seriously is in the wrong job. The preschool teachers my other kids have had in the past have all been patient saints. This woman needs to evaluate her career choice. There are many options for preschool in the Circle C/Legend Oaks area. Run, don't walk away from Country Home. read more

I cant be more pleased with this daycare. I enrolled my son when he was 21 months old. and he is now 26 months and he likes this daycare very much. Teachers Miss:Jade and Miss : Tori are very nice and kind. My son had a bad experience in his previous daycare. I was little nervous to start with this daycare but i am really very happy the way the teachers over here. The classrooms are very clean and absolutely no poop smell when i come in the afternoon to pick up my son.As soon as i enter the daycare i see a big smile in my son's face which makes me as a mother more happy. I am very confident after i step out of the daycare that my son will be safe and be happy. He will be transitioning to another class room in June and i hope he gets adjusted well with the new teacher.One thing i would like to request and suggest is to change the lunch menu to have vegeterian options since my son is a vergeterian and he likes to try out differant food. We are only about a month into our tenure with YPW, but so far we really like it a lot. The teachers are super nice, super thorough with notes, and always certain to report anything out of the ordinary to us. The facility is very rustic, but I mean that in a good way. It has a nice outdoor feel, and the playground area is very safe for toddlers (ours is 2). They just got on board with Tadpoles, which helps a lot when we get the automated emails about her eating/bathroom schedule. Our daughter always comes home full of energy, chatty, and happy after a day at YPW. Monthly parents-night-out is a plus, too. So far - we are fans! read more

180 degree difference from the last center my child attended. Staff are welcoming, they all introduce themselves making parents and children have a great experience from the beginning. Although the center is small, it is very organized and clean! I constantly see staff cleaning and wiping things down. Every morning I walk in I am amazed at how clean it is and the rooms do not smell like dirty diapers. My oldest child attended the spring camp and had a blast. The staff are so friendly and fun, they know how to engage with children of all ages. The price is reasonable for the area and compared to their competitors. They have high standards in all areas- children, parents, cleanliness, customer service. I highly recommend. My name was on the waiting list for a very long time, I am now at peace having my child in this center. Such a huge weight off my shoulders. I like to add what I am paying for full-time care M-F, is much less than what I was paying for part-time care only 8hrs a day at Bright Horizons a few miles down the road, and I can see the difference in standards!!!
