They confirmed that my date was available and told me to send them all of my details and inspiration. I emailed them twice with no response. Sad that Country Lane did not live up to their reputation. They were recommended to me by my first florist, who was unfortunately struck by a heart condition two months before my wedding date and could no longer keep the gig. Eventually, I went ahead and booked with Gerych's instead, and I don't regret it one bit, they did an incredible job and were very attentive! See the photo attached for proof of lack of response.

Unfortunately, the shop that got the wired order sent something I did not pay for and were very unprofessional and lacked compassion for such a delicate situation. Alpine was very compassionate and professional, taking care of me in dealing with this experience. Locally, if I need/want to buy flowers, I'm going to Alpine.
