I cannot recommend Tracey and Art in Bloom enough for the most beautiful wedding arrangements. We was recently married this past November in Michigan, however with us living in Arizona, we needed a little extra guidance in planning to bring our visions to reality. Tracey was responsive as we sent over inspiration and ideas through email and even met with us while were in town a few months before the wedding to show us some examples of what she had planned for the day. She was very flexible when we emailed requests and additions leading up the big day and really listened to what we were envisioning. We helped my wife's father order a floral arrangement for his wife on their anniversary. Easy, except that their anniversary is the day after Christmas. Art in Bloom is normally closed on the 26th, but the owner nevertheless delivered the flowers on the morning of the 26th - exactly at 10 AM when she had promised. We ordered flowers for a memorial service in Michigan from Florida and Massachusetts. "B" was amazing to deal with and even with a glitch with the funeral home (they wouldn't accept the flowers) and the church was not in this florist's delivery area, we decided to still use them and have them sent to one of the family member's home. All I had to say was "purple" and "B" reassured me the artist/owner would create something beautiful. We could not be more delighted with our decision! It would be hard to overstate just how wonderful Tracey and her team are. Truly. We booked them for our wedding in Ann Arbor in October. We had a small budget, a big venue and some very VERY loose ideas of what we wanted (neither of us are very knowledgeable about flowers) and she totally transformed that small budget and those loose ideas into what I'm sure was the most beautiful wedding of all time (though I'm slightly biased). I did not want to put my bouquet down all night, and we had numerous people compliment the florals. Most important though, was Tracey's supportive nature and creative spirit. She visualized things we couldn't, and helped make those visualizations a reality within our budget by finding things we could do ourselves, using our own mismatchy vases, etc. She even helped us figure out a way to reuse and donate the flowers after the wedding. I stopped in their lush studio to purchase an arrangement for a loved one's funeral-something I'd never experienced prior. Mara generously showed me around the space and the bounty of beautiful plant options they offer as I oohed and awwed over my favorites. There is plenty to feast your eyes on and draw inspiration from for your own arrangement. Within a few minutes of talking with her and the owner, Tracey, I had a custom flower arrangement on its way, and it all felt effortless. They listened to my laywoman requests (I have no knowledge of floral arrangement) and gracefully suggested pairings to make a unique arrangement. And it is GORGEOUS!! I especially love that they incorporated live plants that will continue to grow beyond their initial use in the arrangement! The amazingly kind and knowledgeable service matched with incredible floral creations makes this shop a top notch business that I will recommend again and again and probably return to for my next floral fix as well!
