I did not like the sump pump he was planning to install and rather arranged the zoller aquanot fit 508 propak with M53 sump pump which comes with backup sump pump, battery and WiFi kit. The price went up but he didn't raise the price to make his own profit. Lastly, sump pump controller had some issue. Company made him adjust the height of backup sump pump and finally sent a new backup sump pump and controller. O Brian came 3 times ( original installation and 2 times to take out backup sump pump and install it again) and didn't charge anything extra, didn't make any excuses to delay his visit.
