He sat at my table and helped me fill the rebate paperwork out. His pricing was more than fair, and he never complained when I called him with questions. And being a female, he always made me feel like he had my best interest at heart and never made me feel uncomfortable or ill at ease. I would highly recommend him. Jason and Terry arrived earlier than expected and my gate was closed. Rather than turning around and leaving, they walked 1/4 mile to the house and well. Wonderful, friendly attitudes. Jason explained the problem, replaced the switch, did the maintenance needed and I'm set for another 4 years. I'd built a cairn of rocks around the well and Terry replaced them (above and beyond the call of duty!) with great care...so sweet!
