My husband works, so I was the one dealing with the furnace. David explained everything to me and helped me every step of the way. He even told me about rebates that I never would have known existed. He sat at my table and helped me fill the rebate paperwork out. His pricing was more than fair, and he never complained when I called him with questions. And being a female, he always made me feel like he had my best interest at heart and never made me feel uncomfortable or ill at ease. I would highly recommend him. They showed up when they said and did an awesome job. They installed the first part and had to come back when Otsego Electric could turn the power off. They installed a new entrance box. The current one was 57 years old and had problems. Hooked up the transfer box for the generator. OE came and turned the power back on. The generator works amazingly.
