I had a high end, specialized shop install it and the geometry of the rack was off as it was not designed for the bed of my truck (it was sitting flush at corner edge of the bed and was recessed by two inches sitting on the bed closer to the cab). The rack came loose in a week of driving and I had to re-tighten the bolts twice in two weeks. I then contacted the customer support and was issued an RO number, they asked me to ship it back to me at my expense which cost me another $200 as the unit wouldn't fit within the normal parameters of the regular package, got an email from a very rude customer service representative that assured me that the geometry of the rack is fine - it's my truck bed that was crooked. Overall, stay away from this no name piece of garbage of the company, reach out to known brands, this is a scam and this is a financial mistake,

We called him and he came out 12 miles on the interstate East of Jamestown. of course our axle was nowhere in stock on Earth. Nothing more scary than a major part braking on your vehicle and your hundreds of miles away from home. They took our truck in right away to look at it. They also lent us a car to drive to Fargo for a part they didn't have. We had our toddler and dogs with us and we're worried about being stuck for days. With the lent car, the part and quick service to replace the part we got back on the road in just a few hours. We totally thought we were stuck for days but with their great help we were able to continue home. Forever grateful for their help that day!! Good people do exist!

On arrival, there's a large, open, well-lit parking lot & the snow is always cleared! Once you enter, staff are friendly & personable, beyond the usual greeting & sales pitch. There's a genuineness in the interaction that one doesn't see often. They are well-stocked & it's clean. The facilities are well-maintained & very accessible. They even have a nice seating area, complimentary coffee & bottled water - and offer to get it for you. This was our final stop of the day in our Road Glide hunt. We struck out again, however we did leave our info and our preferences in the book of knowledge & we'll wait for the nice gent to forward potentials to us as they roll in. Brought in to have timing corrected, vehicle ran fine on the way there. But not so fine on the way home. Was told notches on timing are both pointed up. Was told by elsewhere one should point up and point down. Will talk to them on Monday when they open again as it is Friday and they are closed now. I give 3 stars and will boost up later when problem is known if timing is off or not still... Update: 10-22-2013 Can't right a new review so must edit. I gave 2 stars instead of 3... Timing is still not set correctly, they claimed to have double checked the work, but by doing so you got to do the whole job over because of how the timing cover comes off a geo metro 1990 Lsi. Anyways.. They did not put the timing belt cover back on and screws were lose. The alternator belt went threw the timing cover so now I need to replace the cover on top of them not aligning the timing. I had to print out directions to show him how to set timing on the car and where the marks were at. They just aligned it up with the spring, which is not exactly where the mark is at. (As directions I printed out showed) This will probably be my last time as with my 1997 Pontiac Bonneville I brought in for an estimate and they replaced $800+ worth of parts with labor with no ok to do so. The owner got upset but the employee just told him he will handle it, that I brought it in to get the problem corrected. I just bought a new belt, so now I will have to replace the cover. I will also have to replace the alternator belt now as it ate threw the timing cover.
