Diane was extremely helpful... I called to see if Country Side RV had the vent we'd broken enroute to our home base in Denver. She assured us that they had several and one of them would work for us. We asked if there was someone there who could install it and she said yes. We got to Jamestown and found Country Side. Diane came out and looked at our broken vent. She found the correct replacement. We asked if there was someone to install it for us... he'd just been sent out on an errand. Diane came out to our camper and installed it herself. The entire experience took less than 30 minutes.
